Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Jackson

I bought a couch at this place about two years ago I paid cash for it. I thought it was a good deal but I was sadly mistaken.... I swear I have been living a ever living nightmare from these people. You think they would check their furniture first of all and they brought the couch in the store and it had fleas in it. So I do have a dog I've had her 10 years and NEVER in my life have I ever dealt with fleas. She hasn't had them. My kids said they were getting bitten sitting on the couch at first but it started getting worse and worse. I didn't have anyone to take my dog for me while I set flea bombs and it isn't safe for my pet. So I tried to spray and spray and different sprays , vacuuming you name it I did it if I could be safe about it. Two years later I just got rid of these fleas!!! Oh and now she has worms caused by the fleas ! So now I have to tackle that. When I got the couch inside my house it had cat hair deep down under the cushions which is what lead onto this issue and then they carry it into the store and don't care about infestation everything else in the process. My dog is crying because of the suffering she has had because of this location and I surely don't understand how they could be okay with running a company this way. Shame on you jackson arrons I surely hope you understand what you did to my household and my dog of 10 years! I waited 2 years because I thought I had a review already but I didn't so here is my review on a paid...

Tabitha posted a couch on Facebook she never stated that Aaron's was selling it she gave me the address I told her I was coming she even lowerd the price for me. When I arrive she is loading it into someoes else car and said she didn't speak to me I have all the messages and she has bad business brought to your company not only did all that happen but she was so rude and said first come first serve, when actually if you post it online the first one roark sold gets it as we did and we arrived on time I'm so upset about this and I will continue to make sure something is done...

Not a good start to dealing with this Aaron's. I put in an order for one of their "special order" generator's and just got notified after I paid obviously, that there's a "delay" in my order. No notification as to why, just it's delayed. I really can't stand businesses like this anymore that pretty much just take your money, and you can't do anything but sit and wait for the product or them to steal your money....
