Had a perfect interior inside my truck..they installed a subwoofer box and damaged my interior. Owner tried telling me it was already damaged but it wasn't(barely a scratch inside) wasn't going to make it a liability issue just wanted them to acknowledge their mistake..My new subwoofers (they installed) don't hit hard as my original factory speakers when I isolate them and something just isn't right but I will figure this out myself.. definitely won't bring it back to them..they need to be more careful while installing and try very hard not to damage a vehicle's interior when it is literally perfect...truth be told I was afraid of this exact issue happening..Noone is gonna take care of your property like you(nobody)..The guy left parts not put back in place and he even left one of his tools still stuck in the firewall under the hood...so you could say kinda sloppy work (from rushing) ..Couldn't give them anymore stars because the owner can be friendly and polite but if you have a complaint about any work they've done or question them about their work..he can change in a heartbeat...I know you are frustrated cause my install took more of your time than expected but courtesy goes a long way even when you have screwed upš..
Update: 1/17/25...I was about to take this review down but when I tried to get a refund on the botched installation job..The owner lied in court to save his face and the judge believed him..the lie he told was "I kept him up front the whole time while I asked him questions about Google concerning the installation and I held him up because he was doing all the work"..a lie..he had two guys working there and one of them did most of the installation except towards the last 30 mins...when he called him to come help him with the installation...the owner was up there running his mouth with me..then they both were back there trying to figure it out..So he does botched up work and then lies to cover his you...
