Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Jackson

This Lady at DQ , idk who she was! But she was an ANGEL. This Dairy Queen (Highway 80 West & Ellis Avenue, Jackson, MS 39073) had an employee there that was so generous, so giving, that she paid for my $4.90 meal that I had bought and was struggling to scrounge up the $ to pay for it.... Because I had all coins.... Well, mostly.... some on a card, $1 & the rest coins... She could see I was barely making it by, of course why get it if I'm broke? Well I was starving, Of course, why not go to somewhere cheaper? Well.... I figured since all of these fast food joints now typically cost at least $5 for something good and that fills you up, figured mind as well go to a nice place like DQ. & what do ya know.... even though I barely even had enough, if even. The lady who ice never seen before paid for my whole meal. It was such a relief because I was actually just trying to decide on whether or not to get gas.... or food? I always have an issue when I come. The last time I ordered the $5 buck lunch A1 steak burger, no onions & a caramel sundae. I couldn’t get the sundae because they said the truck had just came in and they didn’t know where the caramel was. My burger had onions on it with bbq sauce. I took it back and my 2nd burger didn’t have onions but it also didn’t have the bbq sauce on it. Today I asked for the exact same thing the cashier try’s to tell me that I can’t get the bbq sauce without getting onions because it’s mixed together. I told her I received it like I asked before and she looked at me as if I was crazy. I asked to upgrade my sundae to a turtle pecan cluster and she acted like she didn’t know what she was doing. After getting my cup I told 2 employees that the mr. pibb tasted like water they looked at me and went on about what they were doing. I was so glad when they put the Dairy Queen up here but idk if I can go back. I always have an issue with them when I go in. My order is never right, but when I tell them what wrong they always look at me as if I have done...

Over the weekend around 9:30 pm my grandfather ordered a Carmel pecan blizzard when we got to the window he asked for extra pecans in a cup the lady gave him his ordered and he asked about the extra pecans she got a attitude and said I mixed them in the cup and I didn't charge u for them he told her that's not how he wanted it and she got a attitude and said the same thing back over and slammed the window in his face and then there was no Carmel in it period I don't care what she gave him for free that's his money and he should be able to purchase what he wants not what somebody just wants to give him she has a very discussing attitude corporate I hope u see this because the way she treated my grandfather was unacceptable I wouldn't give this business any stars if a employee has a mouth and attitude like that then the person don't need to have a job serving customers period dq at this location will neva get my business again because I could've got real rude back for the way she treated him but my grandfather asked me not to...
