Burger King — Restaurant in Jackson

Let me say first im very disappointed in this location. I personally dont eat mayo as a matter of fact my family doesn’t either. I specifically tell the attendant at drive thru window not to include mayo on any food the exits the window . Not one time but every time there’s something with mayo on it in. my bag. Mangers solution to problem is re fix it .NOOOOO the solution is reading the screen and following directions . These skills or taught at a early age in life. Sadly they need employees so bad they hire anything . Me personally i think if you cant do some thing simple as read and following instruction your probably cant read were it say wash your hand either . What going to happen is some one is going to order some and tell them don’t add it and the will be allergic . When that civil suit hit them enough just maybe the will get the point . One of the worst burger king's in Jackson and that's tough to do. Cory Berry the shift leader had a bad attitude and after waiting at the intercom system for 6 minutes and getting zero response I drove around to the window. A few others did the same that were in front and behind me to order at the window. I arrived at the window after hearing the person in front of me do it. I waited for an additional 3 minutes to be acknowledged by the shift leader I mentioned earlier to place my order and he seemed irritated that I drove to the window to do so. I told him that no one responded on the intercom system and he just said "we were here." I replied, "no one answered." He seemed put off and proceeded to take my order and walked away telling the young lady at the window to get my payment. Worst burger king's but it does have a one star...

Ordered my food on the app! And went through the drive through to pay for my food and there was poor customer service! They had no clue as how to work the app and the previous time they was slow as to getting the food out!! This store is garbage! The workers are horrible and have no customer service!!! Burger King revamp your employees because they suck on customer service!!! People go through the drive through because they don’t want to go inside!
