My experience with Stringer furniture was all but ok. I purchased my daughter a beautiful queen sleigh bed that was delivered and set up by stringer movers. Bed broke before it was a year old never again will I purchase anything from here. Called and left several messages with the owner regarding replacing my daughter bed. He did not mind replacing the rail that broke as long as I paid the $50 delivery fee or had someone come pick the rail up. My problem was if your merchandise has a defect and I paid to have it delivered to me the reasonable thing to do is have a new rail sent back out to me. After two months of me calling and leaving messages back and forth and no one calling me back. I just decided to pop up at the store. I wait another 15 minutes for the owner to see me and when he does he finds the rail and hands me the rail to put in my vehicle (by the way I have a 4 door sedan) My experience with stringer was not good when resolving this issue.
