Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Jackson

I ordered a pizza online and it said it will be delivered in 30-40 minutes. An hour passes and no pizza, I call and call and no one answers. Finally after 2 hours of calling later I get a message saying this location is now closed. Never got my pizza. Next day I call to complain and they say I never ordered from them as I'm looking right at my email that has the verification from them saying they have received my order. They tell me I should have called and i tell them I did repeatedly until they were closed. The manager then told me that's not possible because they have someone there still answering the phones after closing and I told him that no one was answering the phone even when they were open. He then said again there was no order placed and then asked if I wanted to place an order for today. At this point I was so mad I just yelled, "Why, so I can sit all night waiting for food that's not going to show up?!" I then hung up, I will never be ordering from this...

I am ever so delighted to write this review about Pizza Hut hwy 80 Jackson, Ms. The staff was rude, the pizza was of poor quality BOTH TIMES, and the timing was absolutely inaccurate. I work for one of THEE largest luxury retailers in the world and our company is located less than a mile away from this location. We order THOUSANDS of dollars individually and as a whole from this location. I can’t speak for the company as a whole, but myself and my other co-workers will NOT patronize this particular location again. The manager’s lack of professionalism was much worse than the mediocre lukewarm pizza that was received. This gentleman failed to take any accountability for the issue at hand. ULTIMATELY, he had the audacity to tell me that the pizza may be cold again, because they will be busy around the time that I suggested the delivery. UNEXCEPTABLE, UNEXCEPTABLE, UNEXCEPTABLE. I’m over it and over Pizza Hut at this point. I wouldn’t suggest a soul to eat...

I called to order 10 pieces of Pizza, the order was received and pick up was scheduled for 40 minutes later. When I arrived to pickup together with another customer, the facility was closed; the doors were locked.We could see workers inside counting money and I suppose checking the sales for the day. They saw us but ignored us. Eventually, a young man came to the door and told us they were closed. The other customer and I explained that we had called in our orders about 40/50minites prior He apologized and said that they never prepared my order.
