Had to beg to speak to him after several demanding texts from him about a better deal, all the while avoiding the issue that two days later I still had not received the mattress. The store was not open when promised the mattress would be ready. Was threatened and used intimidation tactics to try and accuse me of lying about better deal from bed and bath even after I sent link of the ad. Called repeatedly after I hung up when he yelled. Then he said he was tired of me and said to text my name and address and stated he would mail a check for refund....

I needed help getting a mattress so my friend and I could get out of hotel. The lady was very professional and had me pick my favorite then had me test the mattress in different ways. She delivered it that same day. The next day I learned that my friends bed was going to need a boxsprings and of course I texted the lady immediately and she said she could definitely help me out.
