Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Jackson

Placed an order $33 and change got my order wrong 9 phone calls later 4 Hang Ups. I wasn't even being rude, got into my car drove all the way over there and he offered me the refund of one pizza after all of the driving after all of the time and still no dinner shame on them they kept all my money. Told him he was steeling from me. He had a puzzled look. Call center was unless as well. Needs some business lessons. After 4 years thought I'd try it again order this time almost $40 multiple hang ups rude young girl who answered the phone rude manager unbelievable so here's how the story ended The manager was so amazingly wonderful to us when we arrived our pizzas were hot and fresh and they took care of everything for us really turned our opinions around and we're having a great time at dinner thank you

9-2-2020 $35.. 2 lg 3 topping 2 orders bread sticks 1 Pizza had 1 topping and in center only so much crust. Other lg 3 different toppings basically so space no slice had all 3 on 1 slice of pizza. Supper sad.

Might need to try a different location after we get over the whole loss of money...

I haven't eaten at pizza hut in probably a decade and my recent experience reminded me why. We wanted to try the new Detroit style because of course it looked good on commercials and we like Jets Detroit style. Well to say we were disappointed is an understatement. We ordered the double pepperoni and I'll be honest, we had to search for any pepperoni on the pizza. The dough wasn't fully cooked, and the sauce on top tasted like it came straight out of a can and dumped on the pizza after it was cooked. It wasn't even warm. Then we ordered cheese breadsticks. They were ok, but the marinara dipping sauce they came with was cold, and again tasted like it came straight from a can. Go elsewhere for better...

I had an online order. This order contained 3 meat pizzas and a vegetarian 1(black olives, mushroom, roma tomato). There was Canadian Bacon on this pizza! It was under the cheese! After vomiting into the commode, I contacted them and made the gentlemen who answered the phone aware of the situation. I was offered either a credit or a replacement pizza. I informed him this was not good enough due to the inconvenience, but moreover, my vegetarian status. He then offered a replacement and a large meat and chicken pizza. I reluctantly accepted. When the pizza got here it was lopsided, the crust was thin and greasy. I will be contacting corporate to express my total and utter disappointment....
