I tried both the filet mignon and the T-bones and both are delicious and tender. You definitely don't have to worry about chewy, sinewy meat at all. Of course the meat is pricey but you're paying for quality and it's worth every penny! If you haven't tried Jackson Hole Buffalo Meat Co. yet, you are missing out. That's ok because that's more for me. Lol.

One of the hearts in the photo only weighs 0.76 lbs. Is this a joke? $ 25 for a tiny heart? I spent $150 on tiny portions. The service here too, it’s impeccable. The gentleman at the register greets you with a strong voice and makes you feel welcome by answering any questions you may have. I even once walked in and heard him discussing recipes with another customer. Extremely nice environment and the prices are wonderful for the meat you’re getting access too!
