I'm a local and have visited this establishment several times to be able to give this review. The first few times I thought I was just unlucky for having to wait so long even when there was a short line of people and cars. But even though the line is relatively short, the time from the moment you line up to receiving your product is never less than 35 minutes at the drive-thru (considering there are three vehicles in front of you). The establishment only has one cashier who has to serve both available windows and who usually serves more from one side than the other. Added to this, the quality of some products is quite low, like the hot chocolate, which seems to have only a minimal amount of chocolate, giving the sensation of just drinking steamed milk. Their hot food products are very good. The establishment is in a strategic location, and I think it has great potential to provide better service. Hopefully, in the future, they will pay more attention to providing more efficient service or be honest and put up a realistic sign with the wait times they can offer given their production capacity. Read moreCoffee is good, but often incorrect. I think the issue is with whoever takes orders, since the tags on the drinks are always incorrect too. We're local and have been going here often, but our orders are almost always messed up. Never tastes bad, but it's never correct either. I think they've only gotten our orders right maybe 2 of the times we've been. They'll always misunderstand you, blend your drink or make it hot when you asked for iced, and vice versa. I've gotten iced coffees (somehow cold) but with no ice in the cup?? And asking for cream or whipped cream on top somehow always gets mixed up too?? I don't know if they're just really rushed or maybe they don't listen to orders, or don't care. Not sure. If getting wrong orders bothers you, don't choose...
Read moreWe've been coming here for a couple years now, and have seen a really good improvement lately! We used to just put up with the frequent incorrect orders, attitude, etc, but the last 4 months or so have been great! Haven't gotten a drink wrong since, and they've all been made really well! Definitely reduced the inconsistencies in a drink from day to day (one day it's perfect, another day it's watered down). They are so much better now. Whatever you're doing with your staff, keep it up! Only thing that annoys us with our drinks now are the stupid cheap plastic straws they give. They always break and are not quality. I really miss the eco friendly brown-ish colored straws they used to have! They're thicker sized too so way nicer...
