Starbucks — Restaurant in Jackson

This was the absolute worst Starbucks I've ever been to. We patiently waited about 10-15 minutes for the "customer" (probably a friend) in front of us to finish their conversation. They were sooo rude to my son. He asked for hot cereal, they did not serve that there and oh boy, they made sure to express that in the worst manner. I saw they did serve oatmeal (what he wanted) so we asked for that and another gal working came up and said she would have to look but she didn't think they had that either.. so we tried for a few other items with a little substance (quick breakfast) in the display ham and cheese croissant was a no go as well as the other egg sandwich.. so we picked sugary junk :( and then they found some oatmeal. My coffee didn't taste like usual Starbucks coffee. Maybe it had been sitting in the pot too long... it was all just very...

First of all the Hispanic Lady thaf works in the morning is AWESOME! Always nice and will fix your drink anyway you like. The evening staff here are very rude. I am lactose intolerant, i ALWAYS ask for my frappes with NO whipped cream, fat free milk. Every single time i get a drink in the evening after ordering they put whipped cream in it. Just now i ordered a drink which was an Ultra Caramel NO WHIPPED CREAM FAT FREE MILK. The barista put tons of whipped cream in the bottom. When i saw it (after he had put the frappe mixture on top) he said WELL JUST SO YOU KNOW IT IS LAYERED WOTH WHIPPED CREAM) i said i get this all the time and there is never an issue. It is whipped cream not a kidney. If i want it off then dont put it on ANYWHERE in my drink?! Its not that...

Lots of places to get a tea, or coffee, in Jackson, in fact there are at least two other Starbucks. However, only the Starbucks at Smith’s has Rita working there, so it’s the only one worth going to! I once mentioned to her that I was taking a tea back to Teton village for my girlfriend and she made sure that it was made extra hot to last the 20 minute drive. I came back a week or so later and she not only recognized me but asked if I needed my drink extra hot for the drive. Ever since, I make it a point to stop in at this location. Coffee and tea tastes the same when you go to chains, but if you want someone who smiles, greets you with genuine care, and wants to make your drink perfect, stop in to the Starbucks at Smiths and say hi to Rita.
