Snowmobile JH — Local services in Jackson

The website clearly states that NO snow gear is provided and that we must have our own including snow pants/suits. The confirmation email also states the same. As we wanted to be prepared, we rented 2 pants and a coat to be ready for our snowmobiling trip. We spent $150 to do so and found out when we were being picked up that those items ARE available to us when we get to the site (as the other people that were going with us asked because they were not prepared.) There was no way to recover the cost of what we had already rented. I wrote 2 emails requesting some sort of refund to accommodate our preparedness. When I booked snow mobiling I had no idea we would see so much wildlife. My husband was so happy to drive the snowmobile. He had so much fun and I loved seeing all the animals. We saw a momma moose and her calf stealing hay from the cattle farm, mr red fox 🦊 not only catch and eat a large vole (he got some serious air in his pounce) but saw him looking for his mate some more mice. Then we watched a beautiful bald eagle 🦅 perched in some aspens. Not to mention all the beautiful scenery and even the tetons visible on a clear day.
