*5/5 Stars - A Culinary Gem in the Heart of Wilson!
Tucked away in the picturesque town of Wilson, Wyoming, Sidewinders is a must-visit destination for foodies and anyone seeking an exceptional dining experience. Our recent visit was nothing short of phenomenal, thanks to the outstanding service and delectable cuisine.
From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the stylish interior design, which perfectly blends rustic charm with modern sophistication. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it an ideal spot for date nights, family gatherings, or casual meetups with friends.
Our server, Bal, was truly exceptional. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu, Bal ensured our dining experience was seamless and enjoyable, his friendly demeanor made us feel right at home.
Now, onto the pièce de résistance – the food! We indulged in three standout dishes that left us wanting more:
Pasta Broccoli Alfredo: Creamy, rich, and cooked to perfection, this dish was a masterclass in comfort food. The broccoli added a delightful crunch, and the portion was generous. French Onion Soup: Caramelized onions, melted cheese, and a savory broth combined to create a truly unforgettable soup experience. Fish and Chips: Flaky, tender fish, battered to a golden crisp, served alongside crispy fries and a tangy slaw. A classic done exceptionally well.
Sidewinders' beautiful location, nestled in the heart of Wilson, offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The outdoor patio beckons on warmer days, providing an idyllic setting to savor a meal or enjoy a refreshing cocktail.
In short, Sidewinders is a culinary treasure that shines brightly in Wilson. Bal's exceptional service, combined with the outstanding cuisine and picturesque location, makes this restaurant an absolute must-visit.

Read moreChicken fried steak: excellent, properly fried with crispy skin and tender meat, and the grilled carrots were a nice side. Good gravy, and the accompanying toasted bread was also properly done (crispy outside, soft inside). Serving size was good.
Cajun chopped salad was just ok, nothing special about it, and the addition of grilled chicken was a little meager in amount, unfortunately. But they were good and flexible with some substitutions of the ingredients.
Kids cheese pizza and chicken tenders definitely passed the kids test.
The drinks were good and they were able to adjust well to make it more dry and less sweet.
Dessert offering was not very extensive but no big deal. You're not here for gourmet dessert, you're here for good bar food, drinks, and just a general good time.
Nice atmosphere and not too loud. They also have shaded outdoor seating. And there is a small yard where you can have the kids play games to keep them busy.
Parking was easy, no problem at all.
They don't take reservations, first come first serve but we were lucky and didn't have any wait when we came.
Service was excellent! Our waitress Angelina was friendly, professional, and knew what she was doing.
Oh, and clean bathroom, always a good sign for an establishment.

Read moreI ate again the jacksonhole location first and forgot to review. There is a Wilson location that was convenient so we went and ate again. The food at this location was just as good as the food at the last. The service was also fantastic. It is a veteran owned business so we are more than happy to support! Me and my bf shared the buffalo wings which come in an order of 6 or 12. They are crispy and have a delicious buffalo sauce. I then got the onion soup with a Cobb salad. The soup was DELICIOUS! Great flavor. Probably one of the better onions soups I’ve had. The cob was hearty and filed with delicious ham and bacon pieces and plenty of veggies. My fiancé got the ranch burger with fries and he devoured it. Previously ( not pictured) we ordered a specialty pizza which was delicious. The crust was thin but fresh and the sauce was amazing. I also got the chicken fried steak with was hearty and had good flavor. The portion sizes are plenty, Whenever we come back to town this will be our...
