Laughable that "Customer Service is there top priority" as they commented below on another 1 star review. They had opened a second location in Charlotte NC some years back that failed. I had received a gift card as a Birthday present which has been buried along with other Gift Cards (worst purchase one could ever make/give). Had reached out to this surviving location have been told that they use a "different point of purchase system" and that my gift card "could only be redeemed for the store that went out of business". That the gift card was 10 years old insinuating "why should we have to honor it?"...That was all after telling me that they had to manually look up the cards for years after the store had originally closed in order to honor them which they had done for some time. Beau Outfitters is a place for any warm blooded MALE. Yes there are some nice items a women could use, but this place is the place for men, especially if they love the outdoors. My husband has purchased belts, flip flops, shirts and pants from this location and loves them. You can relax and enjoy the shop with an area in the back for hanging out, it is a great use of space and has great apparel for the male in your life. Still waiting for the female version...
