They create a beautiful sandwich with great flavor and pretty quality meat. The chef makes lovely sandwich especially when the item is beautiful, generous, indulgent, and hydrated. As one of the original locations, I enjoy visiting here. The clean store has firehouse equipment and a painting. 🥪

Where is the dalmation? I really, truly wish restaurant staff would keep and bring home a dalmation slightly trained firehouse dog. I am mad to have not seen the dalmation socializing in the store and I have missed interaction experience. The location is a happy place for a dalmation dog as it is a happy, beautiful meeting place for community and fire dog to gain experience socializing. I wish to gain much more experience meeting a dalmation firehouse dog and for others to be able to easily do the same. Also, I wish to see community firefighters enjoying lunch out more. I wish community would help firemen bring their sweet, trained dog inside to join in on their social lunch hour. What is this rich company pulling from? Where are the community firemen looking out for people’s safety? I really wish in the future the United States will have them. I really pray for the nations fallen firefighters. 🐶 🧯 🚒

Their warm hook and ladder is a staple and perfect with a couple small sides of Firehouse Sub’s Captain Sorensen’s datil pepper hot sauce. I wish more people knew to add their special, forgotten sauce especially to their special hook and ladder submarine sandwich. I appreciate their Monterey Jack cheese. 🦃 🐷 🧀 🌶️

Their hot sauce has great flavor and blends super well with the sandwich. After combining, I do not choose to eat their Hook and Ladder without their sauce. I really wish the sandwich order included the sauce to help complete the sandwich. 🌶️

I enjoy their refreshing cherry limeade and wish they still had and continued to keep fresh lime slices for their signature drink. A couple fresh lime slices complete the drink flavor, bring out the lime flavor, and encourage me to purchase a medium drink. 🍒 🍋‍🟩

I enjoy their meatball submarine sandwich. I wish to try the item with their sweet and spicy Captain Sorensen’s sauce which they list as their sweet and spicy meatball sandwich. I request double cheese and light toast with cheese just melted. 🥩 🐷 🇮🇹 🌿 🫕

Also, their New York steamer and warm Smokehouse beef and cheddar sandwiches are yummy, flavorful, and wonderful. I am impressed by their quality beef and cheddar which includes good barbecue sauce. I am thankful the chef creates a great and convenient barbecue sandwich. 🥩 🧀 🍅 🌿

I wish to try their warm Italian submarine sandwich all the way with plenty of melted cheese. 🇮🇹 🐷 🫕 🌿

Also, I really wish to try their yummy engineer sandwich with sweet sautéed mushrooms. I wish the firemen had an engineer to partially work on the firetrucks. 🦃 🍄‍🟫

I crave their quality French dip with au jus. 🇫🇷 🥩

I am surprised by their quality when comparing to other restaurants. I wish their old, original quality and customer service would stay the same. Unfortunately, they charge for detail, do not follow orders correctly, and have to provide make up food due to limited staff choice. Where have the chips gone? Also, I wish this company is able to stay afloat especially if they are changing their original locations and not meeting original cliental. Thirdly, I wish they would take ownership through working super hard to build personal relationships with customers and understand the important history of the company and what helps them stay a good choice.

I help by checking my bag to ensure all contents are there including a pickle. For every half sandwich six-inch order, I wish to add a Firehouse salad with provolone. I choose ranch dressing and for another option their Italian dressing with the engineer and possibly steamer. With the hook and ladder, I wish to try a side cup of their chili. 🥒 🥗 🇮🇹 🌿 🥛 🥫🌶️

For a finishing touch, I enjoy a small bag of salt chips. 🥔 🧂

How much is my sweet meal to support community firemen? 💵...

Firehouse. Wow. The F-House is always at the top of my list of high-noon meals... even when I check it twice. The firemen and firewomen are on mugger fire when it comes to being professionals at making the customer’s experience class. Let’s start with the moderately tasteful app. You can throw your order and any requests right at your mobile telephone and it’ll shoot straight to The House(the house of fire that is- Firehouse) so when you arrive you can snake by müggers who have to wait in line. Wow. A day without this application in my life wants me to rapidly increase the amount of bile on the floor right now. Filth. Also in the depths of the application is Blaze Hopper. To call Blaze Hopper a game would be a disgrace- it’s a way of life. Imagine the late “Flappy Bird”... then....set the entire game ablaze, annihilate the bird who flaps, and hire a fireman who has one goal in life: avoid all fire. Plebeians may wonder why he is not doing his job. Simple. He’s makin’ his way to the F-House of course to indulge in a premium, artisan, nonvegan, most likely GMO, Grade A, fresh never frozen, Contains: Dairy, sustainable, wild caught, and locally sourced delight of love- steaming much like a fresh pile of cow dung minus the cow. The F-House offers all types, sizes, shapes, and colors of subs- but if ya have a brain you’re going to get the Beef and Cheddar Brisket or the Italian. If you decrease the number of brains in your cranium by 1 one day, and you’re feeling like a meatball sub ... I highly recommend Momma’s Homemade Chicken Salad. It’s basically a meatball sub if ya ask me. Your cornhole ain’t gon’ know any different.

All in all, don’t go to any other pre-supper-heavy-snack-post-breakfast establishment unless you have the visual prowess of Stevie Wonder or Ray...

I have been to this location quite a few times since I work close by. For those times, I would rate a 5 and my sandwich was on point again. However, this time was pretty disturbing. I went to get my drink and while waiting for the gentleman to fill the ice back up at the ice & water station, I noticed the water spigot/faucet has mineral buildup around it. I still got ice; but because if what I noticed, it prompted me to look at my ice too. I guess this restaurant location doesn't realize you still have to clean the ice coolers or the can get mold and/or dust inside. I am not exactly sure what it was, hopefully dust, but it was on three of my cubes. Obviously, I dumped it out. So I let the manager know this as well as someone apparently spilled something on the lid station too. It seems he took care of the lids. However, if I were manager of a restaurant of any kind, I would take heed very seriously the more serious things that are brought to my attention, even if it was lunch hour. He only glanced at the outside, never checked the ice and probably didn't see the water spigot issue. If he had, I would hope that he wouldn't leave it that way for any amount of time. I hope no one gets sick. I hope I don't; even though I noticed and opted to get my ice from the Coca-Cola freestyle machine instead (which is also manually filled). I hope mold isn't being transferred from the ice machine in the back to all of the drinking stations, come to think of it. I chanced the tea coming from a cleaner vessel. I have to say I am a bit weary about coming back as a result of the lack of proper reaction. More importantly, obviously proper inspections aren't being done or taken seriously to let it get to that point. Really...

I love a good Firehouse sub. It is a unique prep that is different than other sub shops. In the past, my biggest complaint about Firehouse is that they do not allow you to use gift cards when ordering online. This is problematic because they are not fast in prepping their food, so I prefer to order online and pick it up rather than wait the 20+ minutes it often takes in shop. The San Marco location is solid, though the parking lot is small. However, the lot behind the store is readily available and is usually where I end up parking. Today, however, the experience was very poor. My wife ordered a small Hook & Ladder. When she got home, she thought the bag felt light, but when she opened it up, she was in for a big surprise. They gave her a Hook & Ladder with absolutely NO MEAT! She returned to the store to get it exchanged. Somehow, this "error" was explained by the manager with "the way we make our sandwiches, this error can occur". I'm sorry? Your process allows you to make sandwiches without the actual sandwich meat, and not notice this? I don't know how a Hook & Ladder sandwich can leave the store with no meat and nobody notices.

What I ordered Small ham and cheese sub; cheese, lettuce, mustard, mayo, tomatoes, and extra oil and vinegar (1st pic) Kids meal - small ham & cheese sub; extra oil and vinegar (2nd pic) Medium pepperoni pizza meatball; light marinara sauce 1 bottle of orange soda, 2 bags of chips. 3 cookies. I repeated the order to Matthew not 1 time, not 2 times, but 3 times when I called my husband to confirm what he wanted on the 1st sub. Versus what I got...see the pictures for yourself. I paid $28.21 and tipped $3.93 (tip choices) I called and spoke with the Manager...guess who was the Manager??? Matthew himself who told me put everything I asked for on the subs. Then he says per the Firehouse standards. He proceeded to tell me what I ordered over the phone! No matter where we go for subs these sub orders NEVER, NEVER change only sizes. He saids bring the orders back with the receipt. I'm over on Baymeadows!!!! So I'm wondering why he typing on the register like he was taking my order and nodding his head confirming what I wanted on the subs.

I Returned A Sandwich For Remake..The CoWorker Told, Her To Remake The Sandwich..( She Refused)..Then, Her Manager Told Her Twice, To Remake The Sandwich ( She Disobeyed A Direct Order And Kept Questioning the Manager On her Decision).. (The Cashier was Very Disrespectful ( I said, Good Afternoon Twice)..She looked At Me, Batted her Eyes & Never Said A Word Back)..(She Shouldn't Be Working Directly With The Public).. (The Manager said, she will speak with the worker about her attitude)..( The Manager was very Polite, Kind and wiped down tables and chairs for Customers)..
