My wife and I have bought furniture locally from box stores such as Costco, Rooms to Go, and Ashley over the past 10 years and we were never completely satisfied with the quality of what we purchased . So after getting a recommendation from our neighbors to visit Carriage House Furniture store in Jacksonville NC, we finally went. Our first impression; Why did we wait so long? We were met and helped by Tish who was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. We also were helped by Dora one of the stores owners. She has been in the furniture business for years and at the top of her game. We purchased a couch and loveseat that very day. It is being custom made at Smith Brothers Furniture. A company known for its high quality furniture and lifetime guarantee. 2 weeks later we went back to find a coordinating leather recliner. The store manger Brianna met us as Tish was busy with another customer. Brianna was very helpful and attentive. We looked at a number of recliners and again were drawn back to the Smith Brothers Furniture brand. After much discussion and help by both sales ladies we made yet another purchase and got a recliner. What I appreciate most about this Carriage House is quality furniture, knowledgeable sales people, service and friendliness. We are excited to get our new furniture and will update this review when we receive it. Take the time to check the Carriage House yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

My wife and I just bought a sectional couch from Carriage House Furniture in Jacksonville and it was a great experience all around. We love our furniture and appreciated the great customer service. Analise (sp?) helped us and she was very patient and understanding as searched and asked and sat on different couches. Which, BTW, they have very nice furniture there, pretty all made in the USA. We really liked a Bassett floor model sectional that the color and size and shape worked for us. We had to measure at home to make sure it fit, so went back a day later. Analise helped us, along with Dora. Both were great and helped us getting the pillows and even specific couch we liked. It was a very enjoyable purchase experience and we'd definitely recommend them, highly! The post script is that we wanted to save some money by picking the sectional up ourselves. The guys in the warehouse were really great to work with and Dora came out, along with Pam to make sure it looked great and we were happy with the couch. And, credit to Pam, she noticed a tear in the back corner so they switched it out for another, identical couch. While it took awhile, we were pleased with their attention to detail and that they made every effort to ensure we were absolutely happy with our sectional couch. And we are! Best furniture and best people to work with—hands down!!! My husband and I recently purchased a sectional for our growing family. I knew I wanted something that could outlast kids and pets and I knew it would be an investment. I worked with Dora and Connie in finding our dream sectional. They were so helpful—even creating a model of my living room to scale so I could see the correct size. They were so patient with me and NEVER pushy. When I was ready to finally make the purchase they gave me options and a very fair price. They even facilitated an earlier delivery to accomodate company we had coming to visit!! The delivery team was so kind and did an excellent job putting everything in place as I requested—they even took our old furniture in order to donate it.
