Gotta say that I'm new here to NC. Found your store,by chance, just driving around the new neighborhood!! Staff was great!!!👍 Particularly the girl who checked me out!!! Her name was Amanda and SHE was INCREDIBLY helpful, sweet and professional!!!🙌 Got a price check herself for me, tag was an old discounted price - no longer available, yet she still gave me the item at the discounted price!!!🙌 Also hooked ME up with getting registered for their discount card/MVP shopper discount. PLUS gave me the discounts FOR my items with a "dummy" key pass!!😍 I'd HAD one in Florida but they'd (Food Lions) ALL closed down, years ago! So, Amanda WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY staff I've ever encountered before!!🙌 On EVERY level!!!👍 I truly HOPE that either at least this store SEES this!!🤞🤞 AND maybe even FORWARDS THIS TO corporate as well!!👍 Y'all have a great, stellar employee and I truly hope you realize THAT and reward Amanda!!👌 Definitely DON'T lose her!!! Read moreI am consistently impressed and even amazed by the management of this store. The manager/assistant manager duo of PJ and James can't be any better! This is coming from a 58 year old that has experience dealing with a plethora of leaders in my lifetime. After another good experience this morning, I realized that I have never done a review. Great leadership doesn't mean there are never issues. It's how they are handled that makes the difference. This team has always been very interested in hearing what I have to say. They take it in, ask questions, give honest answers, don't make excuses. You can tell that they truly care and want to do whatever it takes to remedy the problem, when they could more easily blow it off, tell me what I want to hear, and get on with their busy days. Read moreNever had a issue with this store until last Brought some pork chops there and they was brown. The top one looked good but the ones under it didnt look to good so called and they told me i could get refund. I go to get my refund i was treated very poorly and no help me and the guy walk away from me and the cashier (that call for him to help cause she didn't) to talk to a friend and forgot about my situation and never bother to come back and help. Then to top all of i never even got my refund cause no one in the whole store didnt know how to do a refund. So lost money on food i could not even. I called the 1800 number they put in a requested for my refund and no one called or anything. I been up there several time and they never seem to have a manager that candle this issue.
