I am very disappointed in Brian, part owner. I took my megaphone to him first to see if he could do the work. I was told yes for 10.00 a megaphone and so I ordered the megaphones through another company because they couldn't get them. I dropped them off in September and waited a couple of weeks. Called to see if they were ready and Hodge said Brian went on a 2 week vacation BEFORE he finished my order. I called back and he said he couldn't do it and was having someone else look into it. So I called back in another week and was told it was referred to another company which now I was expected to pay 35.00 a megaphone. Brian's error. Brian should have stood behind the 10.00. So I called Newton Signs and in 5 min. had it figured for 10.00 a megaphone and they delivered the next day. It is poor business to not do your research BEFORE saying yes. Later, I found out this happened to my assistant as well with a hat he ordered. It is the last home game tonight and my senior girls went without their megaphones all season and we were not offered any compensation. He said why should I do anything they are your megaphones. I came in needing a shadow box engraved for my mother in law who just passed away two weeks ago. I wanted to put her name on the glass and dates of birth and death also photos and some of her special things inside so I could have it ready for my husbands bday this weekend , which she was supposed to be there for. I was hoping the shadow box would be able to get done by Thursday but not very hopeful as I know they probably had tons of orders ahead of me. To my surprise the owner kindly asked one of his workers in the back to come engrave it right there on the spot! He told me I could go back there with her and make sure everything looked right while he happily helped with my children. I couldn’t believe the kindness of him and his staff they almost brought me tears with their work and generosity. I am forever...

This place is amazing. I came here to get my husbands groomsmen gifts engraved as he had put it off til the last minute... But these ladies helped bail us out and got the job done with time to spare! They were extremely friendly and helpful, VERY fairly priced and so fun to work with! I actually came here second after stopping at another place that was very rude, told me they would not and could not perform the task and that it would take about a month. These girls did it in about a week and a half, maybe less, and were fully up to the challenge! The axes came out beautifully and everyone was so happy and impressed with them!
