Absolutely terrible experience at Casablanca. They’re advertising men’s haircuts, but they clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Mark, the barber, needs to just retire. He didn’t even know what guard he was using on his shears and asked me if I could tell him! I asked for a simple 3-2-1 fade, and he said he’d never done it before. I even told him if he wasn’t comfortable doing it, I’d happily go elsewhere—but he insisted on trying anyway.

What happened next was a disaster. All Mark did was mow my hair like you’d mow a lawn. I mean literally—straight lines across one patch, then moved to the next with no blending, no technique, nothing. It was laughable if it wasn’t so frustrating.

This place has no business cutting men’s hair, let alone advertising that they can. Save your time, money, and hair—go somewhere like Art of Grooming instead, where they actually know what they’re doing. Avoid Casablanca...

I had an import event to attend last night so I scheduled my first ever appointment at Casablanca for a blow dry/style and makeup. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. Mark styled my hair and it was exactly the look I wanted and then some. It could not have been more perfect. And my make up was done by Lindsey, who listened to my skin concerns and made me look like the best possible version of myself. I received so many compliments on my look last night and I am so grateful that I chose to try Casablanca. I will start coming here for all of my hair and makeup needs, and I’m excited to try any of their other services in the future. I make an appointment 2 weeks before and confirm 3 days before. When I get there o did not have my appointment scheduled for style hair and make up. Mark he try to help fixing this big mistake. He did my hair and really I appreciate a lot that he took his time to do it. Sadly I don’t remember the name who volunteer to do my make up. She did her best But really I can’t believe that they offer the service for make up but their products are very poor, I get allergy. The salon only has two tones of makeup. The shadows are very old. Colors for old people. I pay $130 for something that I could do it. Really the front desk service is the worse. I’ll not recommend people from other cities...
