I was impressed when I saw on line the perfect 5.0 rating on 89 reviews. Beware of that type of rating. No one, no matter how good they are gets a 5.0 rating on all reviews. Service was terrible, every thing was on his time and most of the time he was not there. Response to customer inquiries as to status, unacceptable and repair, let just say just because you sell jewelry does not make you a jeweler. The cross he said he could fix is ruined. Now he says "that he told me he thought he could fix it". No one can fix it now. It is beyond repair. I should have realized the ratings was to good to be true. Perhaps those that are not 5.0 are deleted. Who knows all I can say is beware.
In response to your comment, You evidently don't remember Saturday you stated that you are open 7 days a week and I even questioned about Memorial Day and you said you were working. And yes I broke the cross but you said you could fix it. Your response shows your...
Read moreI contacted this gentleman to replace a Pave cluster with a single stone. I saw that he was a young minority man, and I was excited to work with them as I own several pieces of custom jewelry. After I made an appointment and had a consultation with him, he measured the stone I intended to put in my old setting and kind of just walked away. When I asked for next steps he said he would be in touch. After a week I gave him a call or rather a text, and was told at that time that he was still working on numbers. I waited an additional five days for reaching out again and was told that he was trying to get the price from $1100 to $700. I never heard from this gentleman again. I then took it to a jeweler in Oakleaf and they were able to do the job for about $350 in less than three days. Don’t waste your time here. Even if he had returned my inquiries, I would’ve paid over double then I was charged to have...
Read moreMade the big mistake of trusting the reviews. DON’T. They’re fake. Don’t waste your time or money. I was constantly told that my piece was ready, showed up twice to receive it, and left with nothing both times! After giving it sometime, I reached out for the third time & he was confused about me not ever receiving my item. What’s there to be confused about if things were organized? Does he not see the piece STILL sitting there after all this time (if it was ever ready)? Cause I clearly don’t have it.
I can’t even trust to come in once more & have a better outcome. To make things worse, the communication was terrible. I was never contacted when it was “ready.” I’ve had to reach out each time. It’s now been over a month since the initial...
