Ocean City Seafood Market — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I'm reporting that the Restaurant named, LONDON SEAFOOD PLACE has LIVE & DEAD FLIES all around the establishment. I went in yesterday around 1pm to place an order. As I walked into the restaurant, it reaked of a more fisher smell than I've ever smelled in any other seafood restaurant that I've ever stepped inside of. After giving my order to the male worker who definitely seems to have no enthusiasm in preparing my order; He walked behind a door to gather my order. Him briefly disappearing to gather my order, (I'm assuming); I walked around the Bar-Side of the restaurant and noticed a huge black, cutoff, plastic container at the end of the Bar seemingly to be out of place. I then looked down on the floor next to the huge black container noticing a huge, dark, round image. As I got closer, it was a devastating moment for me. Literally, HUNDREDS OF FLIES appeared to be gathered up in a pile. It totally freaked me out. I immediately left that particular spot within the restaurant. As I walked back to the counter, I heard him returning. I paid for my order and promptly left. But, as I waited inside this place, I also witnessed about a dozen of large flies, FLYING AROUND the restaurant. I have no idea of what's going on in there with the sanitation but I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! EVER! I did take a picture of the scene but I'll wait before posting it, hoping that they completely sanitize...

We are from Maryland but live in Atlanta metro area. We planned a trip to Orange park Florida for medical reasons for our son. We also visited a family member and they recommended Ocean city seafood for blue garlic crabs. We ordered 3 trays with sides of corn, potatoes and boiled eggs. The crabs and all of the food was so fresh and absolutely delicious. We returned the very next day to get 2 more trays . We also asked if we could order some garlic crabs for pickup the next morning to take back to Atlanta with us. We returned at 11 am next morning and the owners packed us up with those delicious crabs we headed back home. Did I mention how delicious and fresh all the food was ? The butter sauce was amazing too!! Whenever we travel back to Florida we will definitely stop by and get some more of the crabs. Excellent food !!...

Went here for lunch. The service was great, but the food wasn't what I was hoping for. I got the deluxe combo, thinking I'd get some hot boiled seafood. The seafood and sides (potato, corn, sausage, etc.) were all cold. They asked if I wanted it to be mild, medium, or spicy, so I asked for spicy, thinking they'd use an extra spicy boil spice, but it turns out it just means they put spicy seasoning on top of the seafood. They also drenched everything in a butter sauce.

I'm sure there are some people that might enjoy this style of preparation, but it's not my preference, all of the spice and butter kills the flavor of...
