Charles the manager is great so is his staff I've been going there for a long time they are always helpful and will do all they can to find what your looking for recently I bought a playstation- 5 from there in all the playstation 5 is way overrated but has some good features like better load of times better storage but the over all experience is not that big of a deal over the playstation - 4 this has nothing to do with the staff they just work there Game stop makes you pay for a Pro membership before you can buy playstation 5 plus makes you buy another controler which it too is overrated this to me is cheesy on their part bur I can't say enough about Charles he is Amazing and cares about his customers if you need anything go to the 103rd store good selection and great staff...
Read moreI called around plenty of game stops which all pointed me to this location for the game i needed. i called and called no answer I literally called over 20 times so i drove to the location which was empty and two male employees just standing around, i asked about the phone they acted as if they had no clue the phones had been ringing then he claimed he was talking to someone which even if he was i had been calling for a LONG time. then to top it off they end up telling me they did not have the game but their computer tells them they have one in stock but they cant find it...so i wasted my time which is extremely frustrating....to be honest i kind of feel like they have it but they got mad when I asked about the phones i could tell by the way they looked...
Read moreFALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! My fiancé waited in line for over an hour for the Pokemon drop on 11/1/25. He was the 10th person in line. The sign posted on the door said there were 20 ETBs and by the time they let us in we were informed that they had “lost a box” and were sold out. They said they had only sold 10 and it would be “unfortunate” to have to “shrink” the remaining 10 from their inventory. Complete waste of time and the two employees couldn’t seem to care less!!! We had to suggest a callback sheet if they found the missing box. I’d bet they threw away the list as soon as we left. I plan on following up with the Better Business Bureau. I hope this is the next...
