Absolutely the worst service I have ever received from any place. My husband ordered a pizza at 1800 and then got an email saying it would take an hour and 15minutes for us to get our pizza.. uhmm I'm sorry what? He then called at 1900 thinking it was just an estimate worst case scenario for estimated delivery.... nope! The lady who answered the phone said that our pizza was next to go out so we decided to wait.. gave our two toddlers a snack to hold them off.. it is now 1930 and I call and ask the status of our pizza and again the lady says "it's the next one out" so I ask to speak to a manager and she says Im sorry shes busy and I replied with so you're telling me your manager is too busy to speak to an unhappy and unsatisfied customer and she replied with yes and then laughed. By this point I am furious with how rudely I am being treated. I tell them I will be there in 5minutes because that is how far I live.. I get there and I stand at the front counter for 10minutes until Im finally greeted by a female worker [Im assuming the same one I spoke to on the phone.] I ask for a manager and she again insists and says "Can I help you with something" I reply with "No ma'am I would like to speak to a manager." Her response is "Are you sure I can't help you with something?" So I said "No thank you" at this point she is smiling and turns around and walks away and much to my surprise the other female who was standing behind a rack [looked like she was hiding and avoiding the situation] walks up smiling. She knew exactly who I was because I didnt even say anything and she asked "Daniel?" I said "Yes ma'am." She says "I gave you 20% off" I told her I didnt want a discount I didnt want the pizza I wanted to understand how it takes 2hours to make and deliver 1 pizza.. and I wanted my money back and she replied with you havent been charged yet and grabbed our pizza and walked away smiling. When I tried talking to her she completely ignored me. I will never be ordering from here, this was completely unacceptable the service was horrible and the manager was rude. Read moreThis has been the worst customer service experience of my life. Not only was the staff rude, but they were also dismissive. I placed a large online order and called in to request my wings to be fried crispy. When I called, I asked if my wings could be fried hard. They informed me that I needed to make the request online. I asked to speak with someone else, and the staff member disconnected the call.
I called a second time and was greeted by the store manager, Chris. I explained that I was only calling to request my wings be fried hard. He said no problem and asked me to hold. After being placed on hold for 15-20 minutes, I disconnected and called back a third time with the same request. Again, I was placed on hold, this time for over 30 minutes.
When I arrived at the location to pick up my order, I was still on hold. The store was empty, and the manager was laughing with a coworker. Frustrated, I stated that I had been on hold for over 30 minutes. Chris had the audacity to claim he had customers coming into the store. I reminded him that I, too, was a customer and should not be treated poorly for placing my order online. Chris's rude and dismissive attitude is the reason I wouldn't recommend anyone order from this place. It is inappropriate, and he should be removed from his position...
Read moreIf I could have given NO stars I would have. I ordered my food at 8:45pm/8:50pm. I was told right away that they were busy and asked if it was ok that the wait was 75 mins. I said ok because we were having movie night and had already agreed to start the movie around 10pm/10:15pm. Well 10:40 arrives and still no pizza. I called and spoke with Frank who offered $5 off my order and said that if the pizza had not arrived in 15 mins it would be free. Well I called back in 15 mins, by this time it was 10:55pm and they closed at 11pm. I spoke with Liz and she explained that her manager wasn’t available and that she could offer 50% off. I had Grace who said she was the assistant manager on my other phone saying she would offer it free of charge but said I had to come get it. I then pushed back because that just would not be right. Grace said it would be free of charge and she would get it delivered ASAP. Well I am writing this review at 12:11am and I never got my order, never got a call, had a charge on my account for $30 and ended up eating grilled cheese with my kids. I will be contacting corporate about this matter. I will also be demanding a refund, and reporting all individuals that I came in contact with. I will never order...
