On 11/192022 I visited the location on 103rd and jammes rd here in jacksonville to get a small cookies and cream milkshake. I placed my order at the pull up window, not the drivethru window for service with a young female to window 15. The female informed me that she she no longer had the particular flavor of milkshake that I requested but she quickly changed it and said that it was available. I proceeded to pay for the order thru the debit card reader. To make a long story short I wait over 30 mins for said order while seeing several orders taken and received within that time frame. After being so patient as I was I then walked to the front of the location to speak to an employee about the status of my long awaited order. 2 employees passed by me but only one gentleman told me to enter inside the facility while he politely sat down on the benches outside. Once I entered inside I saw several employees talking and walking around but was only asked by one person what I needed after standing in place for a couple moments. I explained to the gentleman what the situation was, he then checked the order screens for my order and was unable to find it. He then told me that without a record he cannot offer a refund or re do on my order. Luckily I had my vystar app up to show the pending charge to my bank account from sonic that night to prove my story. After a little going back and forth the gentleman then went into his pocket, gave me 6.00 cash and then made the order that I requested. He apologized about the situation. Whom ever the light skinned gentleman was I am thankful that he took the step above to make the situation right. Had sonic not had someone like him to take the situation then I would say that there needs to be a complete overhaul of the staff at that location. The whole situation just gave the vibe that most of the employees came to work to just chill and that didn't sit well with me. Thanks again for employee that...

Pushed the button at 8:19 got my order taken at 8:32 At 8:49 they brought out the wrong order At 8:50 the manager told me she was gonna remake the order and give me a full refund At 9:12 there was 1 car left in the drive thru and 2 cars in the stalls At 9:14 i asked a car hop where the manager went with my food and her reply was ill get to you when i get to you we are to busy right now at 9:27 the 3 cars from early were all gone 4 employees came out for a smoke break i asked about my food and they continued to talk to each outher and walked around the building at 9:28 a car came into the drive thru and they all rushed back in while that car was having thier order taken i took it upon myself to stand in front of the pick up window so the new cucsomer would not get to it till and i told them i was not moving till i either got my food or my money back. the short african girl saod that they would call the cops on me for inturrupting their buisness. i told them thats fine i will wait for them to arrive and i can report sonic for stealing my money....
realizing that i was not joking about waiting for the cops they finally remake my order and still made it wrong and bring it out to me at 9:34
all i ordered was a foot long chili cheesedog add onions and jalapenos.... it should not take an hour and 15 min.
im pissed off and will never eat here again i was promised a refund that i never got and had i not prevented them from taking anyone elses order i would never...
Read moreThis place sucks! I got here and had ordered ahead and checked in when I arrived at 4:27pm. At 4:30pm the only other got (that was here first) got their food and left. At 4:35pm another car arrived, flagged down the girl working and she cane over to chat. The girl then went inside and got a drink and brought it to this lady (no charge) while I continued to wait on my paid order. Then as the girl went to walk inside someone with a baby stroller met her on the sidewalk and they continued to chat and then wheeled the stroller inside where the girl pushing the stroller got herself a free drink as well.
Finally the girl approached my car but I could already tell that wasn’t my order. She argued with me and said it was the only order they had. I showed her on my phone what I ordered and how long I had been waiting (almost 15 minutes by now) and she said she would “go check”. She then brought out my order and my shake is half melted, my kids lemonade slush is half melted and my drink is incorrect and missing the sweet cream I was charged for.
Do your job. Help the paying customers FIRST. I don’t care if you are giving all your cousins and aunties free drinks, I would just like mine to not be old by time they make it to my car.
