First of all let me say that this is my 2nd time visiting this location on 103rd since its opening.
I am a frequent customer at the location in Argyle Forrest for several years but since the 103rd location opened I’ve been here a couple of times.
I gave it a 4 stars and not 5 simply because of the drive -thru and parking.
If you’re going to come here you better come before it gets dark. The drive thru doesn’t need a double drive thru.
If I missed it there is no lighting in the drive thru (back by the trees) when you make the left turn at the corner of the drive thru.
Thank goodness I can drive , but the lady in front of me almost took out her entire front end on the big curb and scratched up her rim trying to maneuver thru it.
Again, I think the area is way too tight for 2 drive up areas .
Then the parking area located at the beginning of the drive thru (not the one located by the drive thru window) is way too small.
There was 1 car parked on the last spot and the end of car was almost hanging out in the drive thru.
The ladies who worked the window are always very friendly and professional. They did mess up my order the very first time I went through because I ordered a Regular half and half and when I got home it was just beef.
My fault because I normally check the order prior to driving off.
I did give them another try today around 2pm and everything was GREAT.
Glad to finally find a decent place on 103rd that is healthy, and you don’t have to worry about getting cursed out or looked at like...
Read moreIf you come across a restaurant that seems to have no customers that should be a red flag and should not be ignored. I didn't exercise better judgment when I encountered the same. I ordered the half and half bowl and the meat was overcooked and dry. There were also some pieces that were crunchy (burned). I asked the guy at the window if it had been microwaved (he said no), since he handed me my order a minute after I paid for it. I understand that this is fastfood, but items should at least be fresh, right?...
Read moreFood was edible. Paid more than $3 for avocado and onion to be added and neither of them were. Tried submitting feedback to official website (which I had ordered through) and the site allows you to fill out boxes and submit photo files, but does not have a button available to submit all of the feedback you took the time to fill out. Incompetent website building at best, malicious business practice at worst. Patronize this business if you don't mind getting ripped off with no means of doing...
