Worst service. I tried to schedule them several times and they kept having to reschedule. They never tried to call to get me scheduled, kept just communicating through email even after I requested a fast way to get an appointment scheduled. Complete disregard for client needs or concerns.

I ended up just servicing my own grill for less than $100 I bought my own steam cleaner and replacement parts I needed to get my grill back to new.

Don't waist your money or time.

Owners response is misleading. Communication started April 18. There were days in-between communion from the company 04/19 to 04/22 05/18 to 05/20 As well as most were day to day not minutes in-between.

What every consumer dreams for when finding a vendor is a company that’s honest, fair, and whatever they do, it’s quality. This is Grill SOS. Ben from Grill SOS not only showed these qualities, but showed he’s a class act. They came to deep clean the grill I inherited with the house I bought. Instead of just cleaning this old POS, he showed me how broken it was and not only wouldn’t clean it (waste of time) but waived their diagnostic fee since it was obvious. Grill SOS is fantastic! This is the 2nd time we’ve used them to deep clean our grill. I wish I would have remembered to take a before picture, but it has been several years since it was first cleaned by them and it had gotten extremely filthy, and now our grill looks practically brand new again.
