Mr.Fried Fish Shrimp Chicken — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I live very close to this restaurant and the food is always great quality and decent prices. My issue is with the young man behind the counter. He always looks filthy and wears open toed shoes in a food prep area. What's even worse is he always has some kind of quip or rude remark every time I pick up an order, even when I'm simply thanking them for the order. I don't know if this young man is a relative to the owner but they need to understand that there are dozens of places identical to theirs where I can get dinner for my family. I do not care to listen to a person I'm giving my money over to treat me like I'm interrupting his social media time or this most recent time, tell me I took too long picking up my order. This is incredibly uncalled for and I won't be spending anymore money on this establishment. If the owner happens to notice their sales trend dipping he has that young man to thank. I placed an Uber Eats order for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my order, the cashier decided it would be a good idea to tell me that my order had already been picked up for delivery. When I asked him to explain why an order marked for pickup would be sent out for delivery, his reply was that it had been consistently happening. It seems that they do not take the initiative to ensure that customers orders are correct and not being stolen. If that is indeed true( it’s not), I’m out $50 with no refund and a refusal to remake my order, due to their lack of intelligence to properly hand out orders.
