I have placed several orders with this boutique and never really had a complaint with them until recently. I spent a little under $250 for 3 items and the first 2 items shipped several days after the order was placed. I sent an email asking about when the order would be shipped and heard nothing! Two items in the order shipped the day after with NO explanation as to what happened with the third item! I then emailed the company again with no response! I then sent a message via Instagram and the response was “the item will be shipped on Friday (6 days AFTER the original shipment)! Now I was SOMEWHAT ok with that but there was NO COMMUNICATION with me! No “would you like us to send the item on Fri or would you like a refund”! I then responded as such to include “I would have liked the opportunity to have the option of shipment or refund but I’ll gladly wait until Fridays shipping date” & to my surprise the next day I wake up to a plethora of messages saying my item was refunded AND the owner then BLOCKS ME from her Instagram page!! WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT??
Now I’ve spent ALOT of money with this BLACK OWNED BUSINESS and I’ve NEVER been treated this way by any other business to include WHITE BUSINESSES!! To block someone because a question was asked about a delivery that I PAID FOR and then to get in your personal, very unprofessional feelings and block me is RIDICULOUS!!! And the fact that your selling things that I can buy on SEVERAL OTHER WEBSITES….AND your prices are MORE THAN the others… is ABSURD! But carry on! I recently reached out regarding an order that was never received. Taking into consideration the pandemic, problems with the mail and how it has all impacted small businesses, I was simply reaching out to see if I can receive assistance with finding the order. Was it lost in the mail? Was it delivered to the wrong address? I sent multiple emails to the provided address, contacted the owner on Instagram, as well as texted the provided number. Zero response. The owner was there and she was super attentive and kind. The pieces in the store are gorgeous and the materials are all nice quality. I bought an off the shoulder wrap dress and not only is the fit perfect, but the dress smelled so nice too when I bought it! I will definitely be returning.
