Couldn't have had a worse experience. Rachel was our sales person. Mattress was promised to be delivered next day or day after because it was in stock. It then took 6 days to deliver because it apparently wasn't in stock. We specifically bought that mattress so my husband wouldn't have to sleep on an air mattress as he has a herniated disk in his back. We were assured our mattress would arrive within 1 day.
Our sectional was promised to be delivered in 1-2 weeks. It took 16 days total to get the entire thing. We had to deal with "a sectioned ripped so we had to order you a new one," and "oh I said we would drop it off this week, I didn't say tomorrow so we aren't coming out today," (yet my husband and I both had voicemails saying it would be at our home on a certain date, and I even TOOK THE DAY OFF OF WORK to be there for the delivery men), and last but not least, when the final piece arrived on Day 16, the delivery man said, "So we're doing an exchange right?" A huge mess of miscommunication of their end. Utterly disappointing.
I went to pay my first monthly payment and Rachel had entered my husband's social security number incorrectly when we applied for financing, so I spent half an hour on the phone with Synchrony Bank Customer Service trying to correct the situation. New credit cards will arrive in 7-10 business days and the old ones had to be cancelled.

   Read moreTerrible experience, ended up cancelling our order. For those who care to read, here's what happened. We custom ordered a Catnapper sofa (about $2,000.) We were told that it would be 4-6 weeks before it would be delivered. We called Rose Bros 4 times over the course of 3 weeks to find out what the status of our couch was. We wanted to know when it was predicted to arrive (4 or 6 weeks, had it shipped yet, etc.) Finally, on the 5th week of trying to figure out when our couch would arrive, Rita, the office manager informed me that the couch order has not even been PLACED yet because they needed a certain amount of catnapper sofas to be ordered before they could place our order.
So, we had been calling for weeks and nobody told us that they had not even placed our order to Catnapper yet. They refunded our $400 deposit, but had no remorse. They didn't care that they were losing our business. No apologies, attempt to keep our business or desire to make the situation better. I'm all for supporting a local company/economy, but there's no fix to poor customer service.

   Read moreWe came in on a Sunday and were met by Pam a minute after we walked in. She asked if we were looking for anything in particular and we let her know we wanted living room furniture fit for a home with cats. She pointed us in the direction of some awesome pieces that has fabric that fit our needs. She gave us space to look around and checked in with us at various times, as needed. The arrangement of the gallery is great. Living room furniture comprised the bulk of the gallery, then dining room furniture in another, and a blend of bedroom and sale items of living room furniture in the other. The careful design was pleasing to the eye. Pam and Susan were extremely helpful, but not too aggressive on the sales floor. Once we found pieces we wanted, Pam was willing to offer a deposit to hold the pieces or offered financing with warranty. We opted for financing and it was very easy to do. We didn't have to arrange for delivery as we had a friend to help us bring our couch set home.
