First time there. Terrible TERRIBLE experience. I walked in and was standing there for 10 minutes before anyone noticed I had come in. I rang the bell twice and no one came. They came to drop something off up front and finally seated me. After that she told me to press the button when I was ready and she would come take my order. I pressed the button and waited another 10 minutes before she returned. I told her I wanted the pad Thai and she brought me something that smelled like a mix of fish and the horse stalls at the county fair. I confirmed that this was pad Thai because it didn’t look like it. And she argued with me and said no, you didn’t order the pad Thai. Which I know is untrue, because I’ve never had anything but pad Thai at a Thai restaurant. So I wouldn’t even know the names of anything else to “accidentally” say the wrong thing. She didn’t offer to remake it, she just said “I’m sorry” and walked away. I tried a bite of it and it was not good. She came back with a box and I said I wouldn’t need one (despite not having eaten any) when she asked if I was sure I didn’t want to take it home, I said I wouldn’t be eating any more of it, and that I would like the pad Thai that I ordered. She again said “I’m sorry” then brought me my check and they charged me the full $17 for this dish I didn’t ask for and didn’t eat. I was over dealing with it at that point, paid my bill, and left. Terrible service! Poor customer management! And frankly a rather filthy establishment. I could have been a regular customer as I just moved here but I will be...

We came here hungry and were seated after a five minute wait. It seemed like there was only one elderly waitress. We ordered and 10 minutes later, we saw another family that got seated. We were only given water and 20 minutes later, we saw the family that came in after us received their food. We called the waitress over and she spoke to the cook in the back. There was a lot of screaming and then said blamed the cook because he didn’t make our food. Then she complained about being the only waitress. No apology. We finally got our food (pictured) after being there for over an hour. By then, we were starving. We started to dig in and realized quickly that the food was just meh. There was an extreme lack of flavor in all of the food except for the papaya salad. The fish sauce flavor overpowered the entire dish. They also forgot an item we ordered. When we asked about it she went to check, but then ignored us the rest of the time. We attempted to get her attention for water and realized she was flat out ignoring us. The food was overpriced and the service was terrible. You would save time, money, and frustration by eating white rice with celery and tofu with a fish sauce drink at home. It would be similar to the flavor of their food and save you plenty of money. Mold was on the walls and in the bathroom. I guess at least there weren’t any bugs…Don’t eat here. It is just...

I've never been in a place who's job is to serve people and have such nasty and rude attitudes. Never will I ever again! At any point someone brings a party of 18 people to your place of business, that's an opportunity for you to make money and gain new customers rather than treating them like trash on the strength of getting gratuity. There was a party of 18 and other guests who coming in as well. This was a reservation that was made and the lack of staffing for tonight had to be a joke. The icing on the cake was the fact that the managers had no desire to apologize and offer anything to make the experience better. I had high hopes for this place but if you go long enough, you'll see their true colors. I will not spend my money in a place where the people who serve you have an attitude like this. These issues were strictly front of the house and nothing in the back of the house because the food as usually is amazing. I just won't spend another dime in there. At no point did they express any sort of empathy, it was more like, okay... okay..get out. Bye! The words out of the general manager's mouth after I said, I won't be back was, "Okay!". This is a warning to you all, this is not a place that you would like to have a medium sized gathering and for goodness sake definitely not a celebration. You'll find yourself doing everything...
