To the Owner .Store #171. Unacceptable Experience. Pulling through your drive through Just before midnight feels like a Social experiment , To begin with 3 cars involved and the first took so long the third had to cut his motor off. I was the second car. when I Pulled up to the Speaker... I was Greeted with are you with Doordash? After placing an order -1 whopper and 2 whopper jr... I paid for My order but could not advance in the drive through lane due to the car in front of me waiting for their order. The gentleman that took my payment stated he was the night manager and only allowed 2 additional staff. We both continue to wait as I Saw the food handed off To be delivered to the car in front of me...* I could have placed another order in the time it took for the Gentlemen to get out the front door. This young gentleman's name is Edgar ( According to the manager). I am not able to advance forward to leave because of this vehicle in front of me. Edgar continues to have a very animated pleasant conversation With the driver of first car blocking Everyone behind . The manager seems to find this Amusing. I yelled out the window 'Go back in the store! I need to leave'. The manager then stated edgar was the 'BEST' worker he had in the store. I drove away with a consolation tea for free, 2 Napkins for 3 burgers, And none of the extra onions that I ordered for all the burgers. PLUS NO Receipt. I did get an explanation from the manager... I asked Him who was In charge of the interviewing... He stated it was his Superiors.

Read moreI do not like to give negative reviews for fun however this is the fifth time I’ve been to this location and each time there are issues with my order or the service . Management needs to retrain their staff, replace them, or get more people on the shift in the morning . They try to prioritize drive thru for their times however , they almost always have wait times for breakfast and often sends multiple cars to park . Once received , the food is either cold or stiff as if it has been dropped and soaked in the grease twice. I have received halfway done French toast sticks with raw dough in between. Today, I came inside because drive thru was taking super long. There were two other individuals inside waiting to get their order taken however we all were paid no mind as they kept focusing on their drive thru orders. Upon asking them to take our orders , the man mentioned that he is the only one there and he has to get the orders out. Baffled, I walked out of the establishment. Read moreAfter a series of less than pleasant experiences, I'm finally getting around to posting the MANY 1 star reviews from Jacksonville locations. Burger King is one of them. This has always been my favorite place to get burgers, I've always preferred BK to MCD because of their grill flavor and toppings but there have been times when no one would answer the drive thru so I stayed away. They used to have the best iced coffee, better than DD but they changed their recipe earlier this spring. I had to bring it back, and the lady at the counter stared me down and was so nasty to me that I haven't been back since. She didn't really want to help because I had a valid complaint. I told her thanks for replacing it and had to beg for chicken nuggets instead. She grumbled and it took longer to wait for a replacement. The iced coffee tasted too sweet like chunky coffee creamer. If that's how you treat customers I don't want to visit this...
