I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Downtown Ink. It was very easy for me to schedule appointments online for both of my children (ages 5&9) to get their ears pierced. The front desk employee, Cynthia, was so friendly and helpful. She was a pleasure to converse with as well. Mackey did our piercings while the apprentice Corey observed. They were both very knowledgeable and professional, and made sure to check with me that the location was ok before actually doing the piercings. My kids did so well with the piercings and were given some lollipops afterwards, which they loved. Mackey and Corey made them feel very comfortable the entire time and had them laughing as well. All 3 of us were happy with the outcome of their ear piercings.

Mackey and Corey did so well with my kids that I decide to get some piecings of my own that I’ve been wanting redone for years. Because of the location of the piercings, Mackey requested Cynthia be present. I thought it was very professional for him to do so, as other shops I’ve been to in the past have never done that. Cynthia lived up to my original impression of her and even held my hand while I squeezed the hell out of hers. Other than the pain, the entire experience was very positive. Pricing was also reasonable.

I would give 10 stars all around if I could. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who’s looking to get a piercing and I would 100% go back again. Thank you guys for doing...

If you’re looking for a tattoo shop that feels less like a scary biker movie and more like hanging out with your favorite cousins who just happen to be insanely talented artists—Downtown Inc. is your place.

From the second I walked in, the whole team was super friendly and welcoming. Like, “we-might-offer-you-a-plate-of-food” kind of family vibes (no actual food, but you get the idea). It’s chill, it’s comfortable, and it’s full of good energy.

Mackey was my tattoo artist, and let me tell you—this man is a wizard with a tattoo gun. Not only is his work amazing, but he’s also super talkative in the best way. You’ll come in for a tattoo and leave feeling like you just had a therapy session and made a new best friend. Bonus: you’ll have some killer ink to show for it.

If you're looking for a place where cleanliness and friendliness are key factors to immaculate artwork, this is a space that I enjoyed getting my own tattoo work done. Very welcoming atmosphere equipped with a badass reptile to keep you motivated as you wait. Cushioned chairs for comfort and leisure to think about the ideal piece you desire on your body. I truly appreciate the artistic eye of every artist there. Corey is who I booked with, and I have to say for someone with difficult tattoo placement, he showed up to save the day. Not only did he design my tattoo but he was willing to incorporate any inspiration I desired and executed it beautifully.
