I've been with Penelope for about 3-4 years..she is the only one that cuts hair the same way every time..I never have to remind her how I want it cut.. It was a great experience. Penelope made a effort to make sure she and myself were protected. I really appreciated her efforts to be gracious coming to get me and walking me out.
