Tuck and Tailored boutique — Local services in Jacksonville

Stopped by today for the first time. It’s a beautiful store, I felt the prices were fair for some of the pieces as they were a step up in quality from a target type piece. I was greeted at the door, but other than that, no “is this your 1st time in?” is there anything we could help you find?”ect. Just no general interest that I think you would show any customer when you want their business. I asked a couple of questions and got the answers, but my honest feeling was that I wasn’t welcome, I felt uncomfortable. It was a weird vibe. I was dressed down today as I had to sub some PE classes at my children’s school. I’m not sure if that came across to them as, “she has no money” or what, but I just didn’t get the feeling that they were at all interested in helping me as a customer. 1 star for customer service, the other star for existing as an option outside of the mall and target. Tuck and Tailored is the best shopping experience you will have in Jacksonville! If I could pick this store up and move it to Pennsylvania, I would. The atmosphere is fun, colorful and stocked with the latest fashion trends. Ashley and her team are knowledgeable and always willing to help you find just the right look. You can visit this store several times a week and you will always find something new. Her inventory moves quick so don't delay! This boutique is fabulous and they are expanding! I was visiting my daughter in NC and she had shopped here before. She said they have a great selection of jeans. She was right! I was really just going to buy one pair and ending up buying three! Ashley, one of the owners was so helpful with choosing the brands that looked best on me and comfort quality.
