Biscuitville — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I expected a regular restaurant where you dine in but it was fast food restaurant. I was surprised. The service was great. The place was very clean. The bathroom is clean. I dined in and ordered at the register. I loved that the food was brought to our table which I didn't expect. The lady who brought our food was very nice. I loved that you can see them make the biscuits by hand. When we got the food it was hot and looked okay. The biscuits are small and bland. The scrambled eggs looked like it was made from a box and bland. I was disappointed that the food was bland, the scrambled eggs didn't look appetizing, the hash brown casserole didn't have much sausage inside of it, and that it was a fast food place. Almost everything I ate was bland. They had a lot of condiments. Not good value for your money. I recommend this place for people on the go, have very good taste buds, or people who like to place their own...

Well, this is review is mainly about the food. I did a drive thru today and it went very smooth with the drive thru attendant being very nice and absolutely amazing.

Now, I ordered a BLT biscuit and a spicy chicken biscuit and a pancake platter for my son. Both biscuit sandwiches were good in nature as far as the innards go. As for the biscuits, they tasted like the were last ones of the day: hard, dry and crunchy....not cool for being a biscuit place that prides themselves on just that. My son said the pancake platter was less than desirable with the eggs having zero flavor, the bacon too salty and the pancake over sweetened by the syrup....DISAPPOINTING, to say the least.

Not impressed enough...

I go there every day on the drive thru, on three different occasions I've had to call and complain, I order two #1s with extra scramble eggs, the sandwich portions are never consistent, I pay extra but one sandwich always looks like there's more than the other, just today I called to let them know one had extra and the other did not and the assistant manager was not professional at all and sounded as she was talking down to me, a bit rude, no matter what your opinion is on how you think you've served someone, if the customer is not happy then as a manager your job is to fix the issue not talk to the customer as if there wrong. I will never set foot in another biscuitville...
