I loved this company, ordered many dresses and recommended them to many people. I had a legitimate issue with an order. The smell was so offensive, I returned two pieces and kept one. It took me four washes to get the smell out of the item I kept. It is still not odor free. I had to pay to return the other two items, they would not send me a shipping label due to the offensive odor. They only gave me a credit for one item and not the sale item The odor was offensive when I packaged to mail it. They said they didn't smell anything. I don't believe them. They told me I could not get a credit on the sale shirt, that they would donate or send back to me. They want me to pay for a shipping label! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. As a business owner myself there are always exceptions. I do not recommend this company and beware of their return policy and lack of customer service. After spending so much money with this company and being treated this way, I will not be recommending them...

I ordered an adorable satin pajama set for my daughter. The fragrance on the pajamas when they arrived was unbearable. Unfortunately, my daughter has asthma and cannot tolerate any sort of fragrance. When I contacted the store, they denied an issue and refused to refund my money. They would only give me store credit. How do I know something else wouldn’t have the same fragrance? So sad that a cute business like this doesn’t do the right thing for their customers. UPDATE: I received a replacement order from a shop named Southern Made- YEA!!!! No perfume smell AND new tags and replacement buttons which weren't on Vine on Main's pj's. There are great merchants...

I stumbled across this small business shop on instagram that offers unique pieces and I loved seeing their in store Instagram tour. The ladies are so friendly; I feel like I could be friends with them! Even though I'm in Annapolis, Maryland, their quick shipping encouraged me to reorder. I have now placed three orders.
