Visited recently while celebrating a loved one's birthday and stopped in for dinner take out. Their team was beyond helpful, friendly and personable. The food was AMAZING! We ordered the Pho and Wagyu burger with mac n cheese. The Pho was absolutely some of the BEST Pho I've ever had! The flavor profile of the broth was just so flavorful, silky and absolutely delicious. The chef who prepared it packaged it up beautifully for us so that we could enjoy well at home when putting it together and even offered additional spicy flavor components. The wagyu burger and mac n cheese were flavorful and delicious. We ordered two slices of strawberry cake which were so delicious. Everything was absolutely wonderful but the team at that restaurant were the absolute BEST!

Our first try with this and both my wife and I were very underwhelmed. My Avocado Quinoa salad did not have any quinoa at all. The avocado toast was very odd tasting as well. My wife had the Now Soup and could not eat much of it. She let me taste it and it was odd as well. She said her chicken sandwich had very good bread but the chicken salad on the sandwich was non-descript. This was "door dashed" delivery and we received it quickly. I left a 5 star because of the food and this is one of my favorite places to dine. But today I called in to place an order for pickup and the man that answered the phone and took my order probably should work on his customer service skills. Regardless if it’s lunch time, busy or not, the way you speak to someone (specifically your tone) can ruin the experience.
