Honestly the worse place to even rent from!!! I believe when a rental delivers merchandise their supposed to move it; not the customer! When I frist got washer and dryer from this, the delivery people didn't even try. told me to put it where it belongs cause they weren't doing! Then they delivered a refrigerator to us that was broken and took about three weeks to replace so I lost about 300$ worth of food! What they offer a few month off the payment. Like that going to feed my family! Rude people work here, store opens at 9am the doors are never open when it's supposed to be! I was sent there to fill out and application and got told I would hear about it the next day never heard nothing. Their excuses is my phone was off no they never called! Only good employee that work was Deb and they let her go! So never would recommend...

I recently got a bedroom set from them and it ended up having bed bugs, they can say or claim that the bed bugs aren't from them all they want but I think I'd know if I were getting bites and seeing them for the 6 months I lived here before I got that set. It's not just a coincidence that I start seeing them and getting bit shortly after I got the set from them! At the end of the day ultimately it's my fault for agreeing to take a pre-rented set however they shouldn't be renting things out that have bed bugs, that stuff should've been sent out to be treated and obviously it wasn't...

I have been a customer for many years. I have always made my payments in a timely manner and paid for items in full. Last month my husband passed away unexpectedly and I wasn’t able to make my payment (large monthly payment), Jay and John did everything they could to help me so I didn’t get behind and so I could keep my items as they are almost paid in full.
