ZERO STARS!!!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE it happened just before Christmas of all times! After having my vehicle towed there I was told they'd have an answer for me by the end of the day. I didn't receive a phone call I received a text for a bill that had a link that when opened didn't fully open only an exclamation point next to transmission and estimate of almost $2500.00. My truck had power to everything except it wouldn't roller over. I was told it was the transmission valve body. After ALOT of research that didn't even make sense. I asked for the P codes so I could see how they came to that determination but after being on hold for nearly 20 minutes I was told the computer was being slow and they would have to go speak to the mechanic / tech and call me back. When they did call me back the mechanic / Tech "forgot" to write them down and then gave me some story about loss of communication from the transmission to the computer but then went back to it being the transmission valve body. It was the 2 weeks before Christmas and I didn't have an extra $2500 laying around so I asked for options. I was given several different Chrysler credit card options. I applied for them and was declined for $3000 but while I was on the phone with the service desk told I was being declined the gentleman from there sales department called me to tell me that I was approved for $29,000 plus vehicle finance program! IS THIS A JOKE!!!???? I CANT FIX MY 2 YEAR OLD TrucK BUT CAN GET A NEW ONE????? So after two weeks I had my truck towed back to my residence. As I go there to get the vehicle not a single person can find my keys or the RO nothing....... I see my truck in a parking lot out back unsecured with my key in the ignition not locked and I had tools in the truck and in the tool box. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! The man who walked me to my truck then said he'd meet me up front with paperwork. He then gave me the excuse they couldn't get my key out of the ignition............ IS THAT ANOTHER JOKE????? YOURE A RAM DEALERSHIP WITH CERTIFIED MECHANICS. So I popped the hood disconnected the positive terminal then reconnected it opened the door and gently removed the key with no issue!!!!! I then go back in to the service office all the lights are off and said gentleman is no where to be found so I locked up their shop 😳😳😳😳 for them head back out to the main sales area where I turn the corner to see the guy who was going to "get my paperwork" getting in a vehicle and driving away. Thank you for the paperwork.....oh wait I never received it. So I look for someone and there are two salesman one of which was on a personal phone call laughing and having a good time and ignored my attempts to get his attention after looking me in the face. The second was actually doing his job (I was shocked to see that) all of this going on with Dave Warren himself watching without a clue in the world. So after wondering around looking for help I'm on my way out and see said owner and knock on his door to let him know I was taking my vehicle and his guy never gave me any paperwork and I locked up his shop for them and he said ok great have a good night(it's 10 minutes before closing) 😳😳😳😳🤔. The next morning I have my vehicle taken to B and B Motors in Randolph. While it's being loaded on the flatbed a third time the driver and notice SEVERAL WIRE CONNECTIONS under the truck manually disconnected and hanging from the body of my truck. We took photos and then I had it taken to B and B Motors in Randolph, NY. Not only was Randy Brown able to get my vehicle in but he was also able to get it fixed within 48 hours. Something DAVE WARREN was UNABLE to do in two weeks!!!!!!!! All said and done it was a dime broken wire.......😳😳😳😳. With a bill of less then $500 which not only included the repaired wire but also labor, oil change and new battery. I couldn't be more disgusted with a dealership!!!!! I filed a complaint with Ram corporate. What a scam!!!! But I did learn what labor and a transmission valve body would cost 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣$2500 What a...
Read moreHave only dealt with service and that was enough to turn my business away my 2012 Cummins was taken there for reprogramming of the ECM Andrew was a pretty decent guy to deal with for the most part The other gentleman Who works service I can’t recall his name was rude disrespectful and unprofessional The ECM that was on my vehicle had to be returned to the salvage yard because it was the wrong one that was purchased by my insurance company for the repair that was being done on my vehicle and I repeatedly asked the service department to pull the computer so I could get it back and was told that it would be done and for almost 2 weeks of going back-and-forth still did not get the computer back The dealership ordered a brand new computer and the dealership tried sending back the computer that I had to return for a refund as a core for their new computer seem like every time that I called the service department they forgot our previous conversations and once it was received the trucks set for almost a month before anything was done then was told that the harness was junk and that it would be ordered and all together my truck sit down there for almost a month and a half without being touched finally I put my foot down and told them that I did not want them working on my truck anymore! I was told one thing and then another thing happens I was told the complete wiring harness was going to be ordered and replaced on the truck then was told by my insurance adjuster that they were only going to piece things they together it’s a little ridiculous that a vehicle sits down there for a month and a half with little work done I have left a review on their Facebook page but they had blocked me from the review which removes it I would not recommend their service department!! when you call to find information out you are treated like a nuisance and makes you feel like you’re causing an inconvenience that is unprofessional there’s a lot of repairs that are going to be done on my vehicle through my insurance company they could I have made a hefty profit of these repairs but they have lost my business and I will be taking it to a different dealership to finish the thousands of dollars in repairs ! For any potential customers be aware that they delete negative feedbacks from Facebook and only keep the positives if you’re looking to get quick return time on mechanic work good luck! Update......responding to the reply for this review there was no previous damage the harness clamps appeared to be broken this was from removal of the original ECM by a different mechanic shop handling this insurance claim after the poor customer service I seized all work being done to my vehicle by Dave Warren I made the phone call to my insurance adjuster Brian from Geico and told him that I did not want Dave Warren working on my vehicle and to settle for the parts that were purchased The insurance adjuster made the phone call to Dave Warren told them what my wishes were paid what work was done so as for the reply of the owner saying insurance fraud and that they refuse to work on my vehicle anymore is a lie! The adjuster has pictures provided by The original shop of the damaged harness so there is no fraud just lies by Dave Warren there was no phone call made by Dave Warren to my insurance adjuster stating that they did not want to work on the vehicle anymore The only phone calls that were made were by myself I also went into Dave Warren to confront the owner for this lie of a reply and unfortunately the only people there were sales! I made my presence known to the sales department with little...
Read moreI had a wonderful experience with everyone at the sales department. Everyone was where this so nice and they cared a lot about getting me in a vehicle that would be best for me. Rather than just putting me in a car and pushing me out the door. Cameron Jensen helped me immensely finding the perfect car for me. He didn't just find the most expensive car. He was truly looked, and though it was hard to find a vehicle that was not only in my budget but yeah, also had all of the accessories and bells and whistles that I would want in my vehicle. I also recommend Bradley Gonzalez. He was also extremely helpful during the process, working with Cameron as well as other people to give me the best customer experience I have ever had.Even after having a few issues with the car They immediately did their best to fix the problem as soon as they possibly could, and taking responsibility for it rather than just trying to blame the customer, which I have seen from other places. With their lifetime, powertrain warranty, as well as the amazing service, I would definitely recommend going here to find your next vehicle. Even if they don't have what you're looking for in their lot, they are so worth it to go to anyways. Because they will find you exactly what you're looking for and, they don't just stop service or stop being there for you once you buy the car like most companies. They are constantly there whenever you need them. If you have any problems, all you have to do is call them, they will take care of it asap. I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from this place once again, the lifetime powertrain warranty and the amazing customer service being the biggest...
