Pizza Express — Restaurant in Jamestown

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered food and was told 30-35 minutes for delivery. I called after an hour and was told it was on its way. I called again 20 minutes later and was told it’s still on its way. I called back after almost 2 hours and listened to the delivery driver SCREAM in the background that they were here and knocked on the door. They didn’t go to the back door like I told the person I spoke with twice and apparently took my phone number incorrectly as well. All of the staff was just yelling at each other in the background while my card was being refunded and then I was told the “boss man” helped the guy on the phone out and the card is all refunded. So I requested to speak with him and told him how unprofessional and unsatisfactory the whole experience was and he scoffed said he was sorry, told me to have a good night and hung up on me. How sad! I’ll stick...

The only reason I'm even giving you two stars is because atlyi got to eat. Mad as hell while doing so considering my meal was all kinds of messed up. I ordered garlic butter wings and a medium sausage an cheese pizza. The wings tasted straight up plain. It didn't even taste seasons. An my pizza. Ha! I work at Pizza hut an my GM always yells about putting all the ingredients in the middle. You wanna spend it to the crust. I'm posting a picture of my pizza jus so u can see. This was sad. An I try to call to let them no what's happening an they don't answer. The driver had jus left my house so I no spmeons had to be in that store. I'm jus blown. I'm calling tomorrow cause I paid 26 dollars for this meal. I expect it to be 26 dollars worth! Something better be done or I'll talk so low of this place they'll feel it all...

Person who answered the phone was rude, and obviously irritated with their job. every time I call (different occasions) they claim they can’t hear me speak even though nobody else (personal, and take out calls elsewhere) complains they can’t hear me. Asked for a hot ham/cheese one time and received a chicken finger sub. Tonight I asked for a hot ham/cheese and he said “ok you want a chicken finger sub?” The two don’t sound remotely the same.. so how they got chicken finger out of hot ham and cheese on two different occasions, months apart is beyond me. My address can easily be misheard so I said it slowly and he repeated it back to me 3 times incorrectly and got rude when I said it slower and louder.. I’m not sure if it’s a phone issue or what, but this was strike 3 with me. Will no longer be ordering from...
