Don’t order flowers from here. I ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet for my aunt in Florida. I’m in Texas. I ordered them to be delivered on Thursday. They weren’t. I called on Friday to see why and they said they’d deliver them that day. I assume they forgot her order because when she received the flowers on Friday they looked like they were carelessly thrown into a vase with no care at all. I paid for a premium bouquet and what she received was far from that. I ordered directly from their website, not a third party. On Saturday some of the flowers were already wilting (pictures attached of what I ordered, what she received and what they looked like the next day). I called on Friday to say that they did not look at all what I ordered. I sent them pictures and asked for a refund. They told me they couldn’t refund them but would redeliver them. They never redelivered them. When I called on Monday, at first they tried to say that they did redeliver them but they did not. I was told I couldn’t get a refund because “upper management wouldn’t allow it” I asked to speak with upper management and was told they’d have them call me back. They never did. I called again today (Tuesday) and asked to speak with “upper management”. I spoke with the same lady I’ve been speaking to this whole time and she said “you talked to Barbara the other day and wouldn’t let her help you” no…I didn’t. I tried asking who is upper management and what’s the name of person I need to talk to and the lady started being very rude, yelling at me and hung up on me. My aunt is taking the flowers back in person today but I doubt it’ll do any good. These people are unprofessional, and they don’t deliver on their goods. I definitely should have read these reviews first because I’m not the only who has had this issue with them.
edit to add the day I posted this I finally got a call from “upper management. The whole time I was talking to her to first lady was talking over me in the background. Super unprofessional. She still refused to refund my money but offered again to redeliver. They redelivered another arrangement the next day that actually had a bow on the vase and was pretty. I’ll still never order her flowers from here again. It took a week and a headache to get what I paid for.
In response to the owners response: No ma’am. I did not get a refund. But If you’re offering one, I’d appreciate that. The photos I posted were taken the day the flowers were recieved and then the following day. There should be no reason to change the water that soon. It’s clear in your responses to all of these negative reviews that you do not take accountability for your small businesses short comings. You blame...
Read moreDeepest Sympathy is NOT for this FLORIST! Our family has lost one of our loved ones this week. We have been blessed with amazing support and love from family & friends during this difficult time. Though, unfortunately Anastasia Blooms have not been helpful nor thoughtful to our family's loss nor the thoughtfulness and generosity of our friends and family who have ordered floral arrangement, dish gardens, plants and etc during this time. My sister in law ordered an arrangement on Friday, with expected delivery next day (and paid additional cost for such delivery) and apparently the florist tried delivering it on Easter Sunday, left a voicemail from a Michigan number. Well needless to say between grief and not wanting to talk, I missed this call on Sunday morning. I called the number back on Tuesday at 2:45 (when I realized I had a voicemail) the gentleman informed me, he attempted to delivery to me on Sunday, though was unable to enter our gated neighborhood, then asked me if I still wanted the floral arrangement delivered. Ummm, first of all, yes, someone paid for flowers to be delivered, at this time I did not know to expect a floral delivery, so yes, I would still want them delivered as someone paid for this special delivery during our families difficult time. Anastasia Bloom Florist did not attempt to call nor re-deliver the floral arrangement nor contact my sister in law who paid for said floral arrangement. I was informed they would deliver today. At 2:10 today, I called Anastasia Bloom florist, she said "You only called yesterday, and we tried to deliver to you Sunday." No apology, nothing Needless to say the delivery arrived at 4:00 today. I guess it was a good thing the delivery man left a message for our grieving family, as I am not sure we would have ever known we had a special delivery, and God only knows if and when we would have received this special floral arrangement. At no point did the florist reach out to the person who placed the order. Instead, they stood behind their one attempt one attempt to deliver on Sunday. Just wondering how a grieving family would even know to expect such a delivery. Amongst other things, this is not something we should have been bothered with. The person who placed the order should have been contacted and the company should have made several attempts to...
Read moreI ordered a $200+ arrangement of flowers for a funeral. I wanted a nice standing display so went with the middle option rather than the slightly cheaper or the most expensive. It was to be white with a blue ribbon. When I arrived at the funeral home I immediately saw only 1 standing display and it looked like what I had ordered (except it had a white ribbon). Upon looking at the card, it had someone else's name on it and my name was on some small, cut flowers in a small vase. I talked with the funeral directors who showed me the florists cards which clearly spelled out with a description of the the flowers on display that the small vase was mine and the standing display was someone else's. I then checked my bank which was charged for the the $200+ flowers which I had ordered. The funeral people then called the florist, who insisted that I was wrong as they had clearly written down the orders on their cards which they then filled and shipped to the funeral. I talked with the florist, who was not nice at all, and kept insisting that the standing display could not possibly be mine as it did not have a blue ribbon. I told her that the color of the ribbon was the least of the problem cause I had ordered and paid for this standing display and instead I was being credited with some cheap (and it looked not good) $40 vase of flowers. After much discussion, the florist finally said well just switch the cards then. She did not apologize and seemed much put out that I had to bother her. I called the company that the bank listed and it turned out that they used FTD. A well known and trusted company for flower delivery. FTD of course uses local companies to actually fill/complete the order for the freshest flowers. FTD was much more concerned about the mistake than the florist. I have to ask the question, "What if I was unable to attend and had sent flowers to show my sympathy, but this kind of mix up happened?" I would never have known unless I had asked the bereaved which would have seemed tacky. The standing display was not all that fresh either. And when we were trying to move them the funeral people dropped the flower display off of the tripod cause the florist had not secured it. They said they usually have to cut it off. Really bad florist,...
