Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

The employees, especially the managers at this store are NOT aware of promotions and absolutely refuse to discuss or honor these promos, they told me that I had to contact the app, after 5 days of inquiring or waiting for promo I called the store to speak to manager, the lady was incredibly rude and interrupted my question by telling me to contact app, when I asked her if she thought it was rude to interrupt me? She hung up, when I tried calling back 4 times they didn't answer. I was told by another manager that the manager who hung up was named michelle. Management at this location is the issue. I was told 3 different tales regarding papa johns labor day promotion and when i get my offer. If a manager hangs up on a customer then refuses to answer calls they should not be in Management. In 2022 the consumer study reports 51% of Americans were not happy with their purchases and when they contacted customer support 68% felt consumer rage. We placed an order for a pizza and some garlic knots and the garlic knots were burnt and hard we always order from this place and understand mistakes happen but upon calling to see if we could just get another order of the same item the lady that answered the phone was very unhelpful and rude said there was nothing she could do and that the way they looked in my order was the way they always looked which we know it's not true. she then said she could make another order but they were going to look the same as the ones in the photos and that she knows they didn't burn anything. If this is the new standard then we won't be ordering anymore...

I always give a chain restaurant a couple of chances to create a good review for themselves … Papa John’s has failed … when you pay for a premium pizza you expect to have actual toppings on said pizza …. When there are maybe 2 pieces per ingredient per slice no matter how few or many toppings you order that is a real problem … prices are crazy for food right now and your prices reflect that but your ingredients are falling seriously short as far as quantity is concerned …. You are taking advantage of people and you have now lost me as a customer forever because of it...
