Words cannot describe how phenomenal my experience was at Bernard’s, and its foundation was the absolute top-tier of customer service.
I had initially called to confirm hours prior to getting into town and their lead salesman, Nate, was completely up front about services and pricing. From the moment I stepped in the store, Nate remembered my name and was quick to introduce himself and was genuinely interested in getting to know me on a personal level before I had even committed to making a purchase.
Nate made some great recommendations on a suit that I needed for a potential interview, as well as some other business casual clothing and ties.
After the exceptional experience I had with Nate, I decided to come back for a second suit.
This truly was, by far, the premier retail experience that I have ever been a part of, and I have never been more excited to give any company my business than Bernard’s. I highly recommend this company for any man looking to upgrade their wardrobe, solely based on the quality of staff interaction and genuineness.
