Last year I brought them a very expensive antique ring in for repair and was willing to GIVE them two different rings to use for the gold needed to repair my ring. Basically leaving them without needing to bill me for the materials and so that I would just pay the difference for labor. The rings I was willing to give them were solid gold. They didn't offer to appraise anything or work with me on the repairs of the original. I was very disappointed to hear "If you just want to REPLACE your rings we can give you a titanium set for trade." No, I didn't ask for a set. I wanted my ring repaired or even an estimate on all three and I was willing to pay for it all. I sold the set and took my business elsewhere. My husband had gotten my engagement ring from Disingers and it was gorgeous! When I went in to get my wedding band, we learned that there was not a matching band for my ring. I had my wedding set resized and one other ring repair. Disinger’s did an extraordinary job! My set is from a chain store and all repairs, soldering, diamond checks had been done through the chain until we moved to jasper and driving to the chain became too cumbersome. I took a chance on Disinger’s and was throughly impressed with the quick turn around, repairs done on site, and the quality of the repair.
