HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I wouldn't even do one star but zero is not a choice. Went here and there were 9 cars in drive thru, 4 employees standing right at the door all smoking. I took a picture to send to coperate because every time I go here it takes 20 to 30 minutes and most times its wrong to begin with..i get to the window and i ask to add a drink. The lady said they didn't do add ons at the window then proceeded to ask me if I was the one taking a picture of all of them standing at the door smoking and i said yes, then she starts cussing me out and yelling at me telling me to leave i told her no I wasnt leaving and I wanted a manager.. she stated she was the manager which she was not. They stated there was 12 people there working so im not sure why it always takes so long to get the food and either way smoking right at the door with the door propped open with tons of cars in the drive thru is very unprofessional. The real manager came to the window heaven berry and proceeded to not even fix the problem instead was letting all her employees cuss me out behind her. One employee came out to take a picture of my license plate all because they were in the wrong. This is the worst place of business in jasper !!!!! All of those employees should be fired for the way they treated me for no reason except their own of not doing their jobs!!!! Completely rude disrespectful..... such a nasty establishment with nasty people...

Tonight, I pulled into the parking lot, several cars in parking spaces, drive thru had 3 cars in line, I thought to myself, wow, they are busy. I got in line to order, they had taken the order of the car in front of me, there was a woman who tried to open the inside door with a bag of food in her hand but the door was locked. They frequently lock the lobby doors while customers are still there or may have an issue with missing items that they paid for.
When I pulled up to order, they came over the drive thru speaker and said they weren't taking any more orders. A lady could be heard yelling other workers to "just put it in a bag!" There was a car behind us, so I could not go forward or reverse. They continued to tell us over the speaker they were not taking any more orders. I eventually was able to reverse out of the drive thru along with others and go somewhere else.
During the rare occasions my food and service is high quality, I always take the time to leave a good review on their website, email, or call in to mention team members' names if I can.
P.S. Taco Bell, get rid of those awful quesadilla wrappers. They stick to the tortilla and I have to peel the wrapper...
Read moreI have never experienced worse customer service in my life! On my way home from vacation I stopped at your location in what I believe was Jasper Indiana. The man who said he was the store manger, Michael said it was store #028879. I’m not sure I believe him. I don’t think a manager could make such a dumb decision and then actually give me real information. Story: We waited in line for 8-10 minutes before making it to the window where we were told they could not take our order, because they had taken several online orders. We asked if the car in front of us ordered and were told yes, but they couldn’t take our order. Kicker is it’s a contained drive thru that we were not able to leave until the 4 cars in front of us received their order. Even if it was the right decision to temporarily close, the manager should of had enough brains to pull everyone through and let us leave. I asked to speak to said manager and at one point the story changed to “system is down “ but quickly reverted back when I called out the employee for telling me what really happened. All in all I was in your line near 20 minutes to receive no food. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! Luckily...
