If I could give Siebert’s more than five stars, I would. This family-owned business in Jasper, Indiana has been around for over a century—and after one visit, you’ll understand why.

My sister and I brought in our 88-year-old dad, who desperately needed a new suit for a wedding but had zero interest in shopping. He was grumpy, resistant, and ready to leave the minute we walked in. Jim Siebert, the current owner, was beyond patient and kind. A true gentleman, Jim worked with our dad respectfully and gently, never once showing frustration. In the end, our dad walked out looking sharp—and even smiling!

Within three hours, Jim had helped us select a suit, completed on-the-spot alterations, pressed a shirt, and found the perfect tie to match. This was all done on a Saturday afternoon when the store was scheduled to close early for a belated holiday celebration. We were never rushed. The level of care and professionalism was simply amazing.

Siebert’s offers old-fashioned customer service at its absolute best, along with quality clothing and generations of expertise. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Southern Indiana for menswear (or womenswear, for that matter). Thank you, Jim, for a truly outstanding experience. Jasper is lucky...

I went there looking for a v neck sweater cutter and buck for my son in a navy blue well i had to go with a different brand Larry ask if i wanted it wrapped so while he’s wrapping it my son and i was texting he mentioned a black sweater so I was ready to pay mentioned it to Larry about a black cutter and buck sweater he told me he had a black one and i didn’t want him to have to wrap another shirt since he had the other sweater wrapped but he was so very kind and nice he didn’t care that i changed my mind he was more concerned in helping me with my purchased what a wonderful experience it was you don’t get that kindness often especially at christmas time ! Just happened to be having a 20% off sale soo that made the purchase even better. I’m going back next week to get another sweater!! Almost ruined my sisters wedding. Missing have the groomsmen items. Blamed us for not having them. Didn't have them at the store. People had to go buy shirts that were missing. They refused to let us look at their order sheet for us but said we were wrong on everything. We ended up paying for all the tuxedos even though we were only buying one. They took advantage of my brother in law and his mother and would not even acknowledge our issues or complaints only saying we were wrong while showing no proof. Will no longer be coming back since they seem to not care about screwing people over.

After their reply I would like to say I was standing right next to my brother in law when he told you guys multiple times that they were rentals only. Only 1 suit was to be bought. I shook your hand too because we were told...
