Circle S Butcher Block and Farm Kitchen — Restaurant in Jefferson City

We had eaten lunch in here recently when doing this ONLY ONE Waitress cared for their Customers PROFESSIONALLY she made sure they had their needs and kept going back asking if they needed anything else her name was Paula when we had a Waitress who NOT ONE TIME asked us if we needed anything if we was pleased with our food we ordered Patty Melts we wasn't pleased with the Food Fries was cold meat wasn't done WHY ASK Waitress anything for we didn't matter to her until time to pay our order was $33 but on the check Waitress handed us it said $44 HUGE DIFFERENCE Due to they expected a $11 Tip for a $33 dollar order ABSOLUTELY NOT for the Service we recieved when handing Waitress $3 tip to be nice she cooked a attitude SORRY IT DIDN'T PLEASE HER For lack of work she did for her Customers that's what you get I guess when you hire YOUNG Waitresses that has ABSOLUTELY NO WORK ETHIC WHAT SO EVER We sat and listened to cook in back and Manager Cussing Atmosphere was Aweful Small Cramped up hole in the wall that seemed to me you better wear a suit and tie to get PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE IF NOT YOU WILL SUFFER POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WE WILL NOT BE BACK! Best Waitress they have is Lady named Paula if more Waitresses could learn from her your Resturant wouldn't push...

I m writing this review to the owners.... We thought we found a casual little place for a quick meal and for the most part it has been. Good food, service, and reasonable prices. However, one person trying to take care of all the tables is a bit much....servers calling out, putting all the responsibilities on one is too much. They do their best but at times the service isn't up to expectations. You have an awesome opportunity, but the word will get out and your business will suffer. Only a suggestion as we enjoy Circle S. At today's breakfast, one was taking care of ALL the tables...while another STOOD at the podium greeting customers with a lot of time on her hands. She could have gotten drinks and helped the server out....

Our server Kara was complete doll! We absolutely loved her, however the other server (or lack there of ) that was there (dark purple hair, Misty ) had the worst attitude I have ever seen or heard. She started screaming at our server Kara to where the whole place could hear. What should have been a pleasurable experience was quickly ruined by that woman. We've been in for breakfast several times and had the same thing happen but we figured we would come later in hopes it would be different. She acted like a complete bully towards everyone. As long as she is there , we won't return! Hire more waitresses like Kara and you'll keep...
