Looking for antiques? You might find them here but you have to use a bit of strategy. Antiques get grabbed up right away. You should visit once a week. I used to go on Saturdays when people made a lot of donations. I'd wait by the back dock and watch the things being dropped off. Some items they did not have room for. I'd negotiate a price with them and they were happy to not have to deal with finding space.

Eh. It's ok for a once in a while trip if you want good deals. However, it seems like lately, many of the thrift stores in the mid-mo area have really increased their prices on electronics (this store included). Doesn't that kind of offset the concept of being a thrift store?

I found the store layout confusing at first, and wish the staff would be a little more assertive. I often see them congregating in spots I am trying to get to, and I feel like I have to play Tetris to navigate around them without interrupting their many conversations. There is no specific place for bringing donations, I was just trying to drop off some flooring, light fixtures, a plumbing fixture and some wall art. I had to leave because I can't wait 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. I will just donate to Goodwill and not waste my time...
