Santo Anejo Tacos & Tequila — Restaurant in Jefferson City

So happy Jefferson City finally has a new and fresh Mexican restaurant! Santo Añejo is such a great addition to the area — the menu is full of variety and not just the same old queso dishes that every other Mexican spot around here seems to have. The food was absolutely on point, and the restaurant itself is gorgeous inside. The staff were super attentive and made the experience even better.

The only small negatives are that the waiting area could be a bit bigger and the bathrooms could use some extra attention for cleanliness. Other than that, this place is a must try! We need more restaurants like this in Jefferson...

First time here for lunch today. I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome and found my table of friends. Almost upon sitting the waiter approached with another friendly welcome. I ordered the lunch grilled chicken fajitas and they were outstanding! Fresh, crisp veggies and large portion of grilled chicken, perfectly seasoned. A side of rice, beans, salsa, lettuce, guacamole and sour cream. I ate two and have plenty left over for another meal. Pricing for such a large quantity of food very reasonable. Outstanding...

We had to try the new place in town and I had myself convinced it was going to be average at best, boy was I wrong. They’ve completely remodeled the inside and out. The decor inside presents an upbeat feeling like you’re on vacation. The service, from the door to the server, manager, everyone was incredible. Attentive, quick, helpful.
