Tan Club — Local services in Jefferson City

I used to love this place! It was place to get away, work on my tan and have some me time. This month, I paid my monthly $80+ but, was unable to utilize my package-not once did I tan! Family issues took all my free time therefore, I couldn't tan. When I called to see about getting that money transferred to next month or possibly a refund, I was told their system couldn't do that. I was told I'm not the only one that this has happened to. So...why haven't you found a way to make your system more client accommodating? Essentially, Tan Club got almost $100 for no services rendered. I wish I could run a business where I could sit back and get hundreds of dollars given to me for free! Unless this situation is remedied, I will NOT only NOT tan there anymore, I won't continue to endorse Tan Club when people ask me about my tan-and I assure you, I get asked about my tan regularly. The Tan Club is hands down the best tanning salon in Jefferson City. I have been with Tan Club since they first opened a few years ago. The facility is beautiful and spotlessly clean; Monica the owner and her staff are wonderful! All the women are very friendly and call you by name; there are a variety of tanning beds and club levels to suit everyone's needs. Tan Club also offers VersaSpa Pro for those who need a quick tan or just aren’t a fan of tanning beds. The VersaSpa will give you a beautiful spray tan; a spray tan that you decide on how dark you want to get and doesn’t make you look like an Oompa Loompa like most do. Wow—where do I even begin? I have so many wonderful things to say about this place! From the moment I called to ask about their packages, I was impressed. The girl I spoke with on the phone was incredibly sweet, helpful, and informative.

When I came in to purchase a month of tanning (I want to be beautifully bronzed for my Hawaii trip in July!), the experience only got better. All three staff members at the front desk were just as kind and knowledgeable as the person I spoke to on the phone. Their friendliness made me feel instantly welcome and confident in my choice.

And let me just say—these tanning beds are amazing! They’re the cleanest and most high-end beds I’ve ever used. I’m beyond thrilled that I chose this salon....
